Good news, everyone!

I've invented a device that let's you ask any "what if" questions you can think of!
I call it the "what if"-machine.

Now gather around folks... not you Zoidberg, beat it you lousy crab! Anyway, as a freedom day present (freedom oi! by the way) I will now grant each and every one of you a single "what if" question you may ask the machine.

What? Yes, yes, it's totally safe... as long as you don't touch anything or look at it.

Now - who wants to start? Scruffy, Leela, Bender? Oh, what about you, strange person I have never seen before wearing that funny little Escapist-account? Yes, you there. Come on, I don't have the whole day, I have stars to discover and brains to abduct!

So what question will it be? Remember: you have the chance to see every alternate event you like - be it personal, historical or decimal. A-what? No, I did not say "decimal", don't be stupid Leela! But you only have one question so choose wisely, and you won't be able to do this ever again, tomorrow is Robotology bazar.
Question time, everyone!

What if real life fallowed the TF2 reality rules (i.e Headshots with anything other then a rifle doesen't instantly kill you, bullets can be shruged off, and being young, spry and witty and give you the ability to double jump, etc, etc)

I think this is what Team Fortess 2 was originally going to be like. See: Wolfenstein Enemy Territory. Not exactly realistic, but you should see it coz' it's fun and free.

The world would revolve around capturing intelligence and control points. Not to mention eating a sandvich would restore your health to the maximum level, regardless if you have 3 sniper arrows running across your body.

What if anonymous used grammar?
"I say, old bean, I do believe your mother performed certain graphic acts of fornication with the neighbours dog."
"Oh, really, old fruit? Well, I have heard it said that you frequent Oscar Wildes house and invariably return somewhat bow-legged and disinclined to sit down!"

I had a thought! de_dust was inspired by early Team Fortress screens. de_dust was a large part of Counter-Strikes popularity.

If Team Fortess had it's current art style had been the same throughout development, would CS have been as popular? Would it have had much influence on multiplayer shooters nowadays? Would we still be rocket-jumping and trimping everywhere?

Nah.

Well I've always wanted to know what it would be like if the asteroid that killed the dinosaurs had missed.
So...what if that thing I said?
