My only complaint about the game is the combat, which was a bit "clickier" than I prefer (I'm not big on action RPG's). The constant opportunities for sex weren't a big deal, since that's how the character was originally written by the author. The game itself is quite good. The character is interesting and the plot isn't the standard fare. Decisions actually impact the game. It's probably my favorite western RPG that wasn't done by BioWare (though it started from a BioWare engine, so there's that).

Could you elaborate by any chance?
I just did not enjoy it... Never did , never will.
I can't exactly explain.
I never enjoyed any RPG games actually, I have only favored with hybrids. Those are System Shock 2 and Vampire the Masquerade Bloodlines.

OT: I didn't really play it except the beginning. Although it was interesting, in my case it had some issues, suck as the attack animations not rendering, etc. You may have fun with it, but still I cannot say much about it.

It can get a bit bland after a while because there are a ton of side quests that only require you to kill a certain type of monster and collect a part of its body. But once you actually get to the main story the game is very enjoyable. The combat can be a bit tedious, because its just ends up having you click when the sword icon is on fire...not the most interesting experience.
