for what its worth with the western world going the way it is (id cards, cctv, satelite surveilance, introduction of laws designed to limit movement and comunication and living in fear of 'terrorism') i dont think your hypothetical situation is so hypothetical, thats why i tried to give an honest responce. I truly hope that one day we will have peace and freedom - until then evil prevails if good men do nothing. There will always be wise people in positions of power as well as cruel selfish people. let us support those people and hope they prevail and one day mankind will learn to forgive itself.
