This game is played out like Fallout. You can explore all of the US, which includes the Capital Wasteland, the Mojave Wasteland and more... The game is completely open and you can do anything you want, from blowing up buildings to getting a job to cleansing the US of raiders, as long as you comply by the rules, and it fits with the setting. You start out in a vast empty wasteland with only a knife and a half-empty canteen. What do you do? Describe your story.

For your starting point, choice from one of these scenarios and go from there:

1.) You see a small town made of junk piles in the distant. You make it to the town nearly dying of thirst. (This is the one I chose!)

2.) You live in that small town.

3.)You are out in the wastelands.

4.) You break out of a vault near the small town.

Name: James Kilson
Appearance: Muscular and tall, blue eyes, brown hair, and has a moustache.

Personality: Rude and tough, but still pretty smart.
Age: 47
Specializations: Strength and Intelligence.
Bio: James lived in Vault 95 until he was around 36 years old, where he had to escape due to a radroach infestation. From there, him and a group of other Vault 95 dwellers set up a camp to survive. Over the years, all of the group members, except him, died. James was a survivor, and managed to find food. He packed up the campsite and left. This turned James into a cold, cold man, devoid of any "friendly" qualities. Or perhaps not...

Name: Mickey "Rabbit's Foot" McCoy
Appearance: Skinny and average in height his black hair gelled into a pompadour and brown eyes.
Gender: Male
Personality: A confidence man since birth he will lie to get what he needs and he always needs something. Mellow in nature he will throw on the charm at the right moment.
Age: 27
Specialization: Charisma and Luck
Bio: Born the son of a card hustler and named after one of the man's many tricks of the trade he was raised to believe that the straight and narrow was a suckers game. Never knowing his mother the only thing young Mickey had of hers was a small rabbit's foot she left when she left him in his father's less the caring hands. In the travels with his father he learned the techniques of his fathers trade from reading people to rigging games. As Mickey traveled the wastes he saw many a strange thing but from his upbringing the strangest sight for him was always charity in his eyes. By fourteen he was alone his father having died when he was called out in a card game and shot dead, Mickey buried his old man taking his bag and other belongings. Since then he has been keeping up his trade wandering town to town doing his best to make as many caps with as little honest work as possible. His last job was a delivery con impersonating a courier and passing off fraudulent packages with delivery charges waiting the recipient before the "package" could be turned over. He currently has bounties from Caesar's Legion, and a group claiming to be the Enclave operating out of Chicago.

Name: Charlie "The man with two first names" Frank
Appearance: Fairly tall Caucasian male with dark brown hair. Wears thick glasses, and a dirty vault suit with the number 53 printed on the backside.
Gender: Male
Personality: A bit of an introvert Charles, as he likes to be called, is not at all good with people. Not being the person to seek conflict he prefers to stay safely inside his small fortress. Slowly rebuilding America one brick at a time.
Age: 35
Specializations: Perception, Intelligence.
Bio: Born in Vault 53 Charles' quick mind was very appreciated. Constantly fixing the various systems every day cause Charles' to become an excellent engineer, and gave him the skills he would later need. Although he was an extremely valued member of the community, his peers took offense at his lack of socialization. They assumed he thought he was better than them, even though he was really just awkward all the time. As the older generation started to lose political power, Charles would be increasingly ostracized. And, when his peers were the leaders of the vault, Charles was kicked out. He wandered for a short time, and found a small community living in an old military bunker. He offered to get all the former systems up and running, so the bunker dwellers would not have to go up top so often, and to better protect them from raiders. After a few years living among the bunker dwellers, with most of the bunker's old systems up and running, a trader was spotted. Excited, the community's leaders who now had access to clean water and food, hailed him. Maybe this was the start of a prosperous relationship! It wasn't. The trader was really a scout for a local gang of raiders. The raiders got inside the bunker, slaughtering all in their path. Charles enclosed himself in the central computer room and activated the turrets, the laser and ballistic turrets opened fire and killed all the raiders. But, also killed any bunker dwellers still alive. After cleaning out the bunker, Charles vowed never to let anyone get inside again. He found a store closet deep inside the bunker holding all the tools used to build the bunker, and has been digging deeper every day...

Name: Johnny "Cool" Guy
Appearance: A white, tall, brown leather jacket over vault suit wearing youngster with hair similar to "The King."
Gender: Male
Personality: Cool, chilled, and over all agreeable guy. Tries to be nice to people, and often helps them just chill the fuck out.
Age: 17
Specializations: Charisma
Bio: "Cool" Guy lived in Vault 99 for all of his child hood, and he was born off the time when children should be conceived, making him 2 years older than his peers. He was always very nice to his fellow vault dwellers, but no one was really fond of him other than a few of the kids. No one liked his rock music, and the holo tapes for said music was passed down in his family for since the time of "The King," along with his leather jacket. A little before Guy decided, well forced really, to leave the vault, a gang had formed in the vault, which Guy was accused of being associate with. Because he was the oldest child, he was taken responsible for when one of the elderly vault dwellers was killed but a gang member, or they said it was by a gang member, or him, John didn't really know. He was out cast from the Vault...

Name: "Wendigo"
Appearance: Disturbingly thin, his hair beginning to fall out and his skin extremely pale
Gender: Male
Personality: Bitterness and paranoia masking terror
Age: Unknown and unapparent
Specializations: Perception
Bio: Implanted against his will with an experimental GRX to create a super-soldier, Wendigo is a wreck physically and mentally. The malfunctioning implant has supercharged his metabolism, leaving him horrifically thin despite constantly eating- this leads him to consume whatever he can find, from radroaches to old-world food to dirt. The surgery destroyed his memories, erasing his name and skills. All he is left with is a glowing mark on his left hand- an "E" ringed by stars, and the words "Nunavut Bay".

Name: La Fantoma
Appearance: Tall woman who appears to be in her thirties. Wears a Chinese stealth suit with stealth drivers intact and never removes it. Hispanic features, numerous facial scars, short black hair, and nimble, thin fingers.
Gender: Female.
Personality: Pragmatic nihlist, in the style of Nietzsche wannabes. Prefers to avoid a face-to-face confrontation if possible, but is quick with a knife if she can't.
Age: 26
Specializations: Luck; Agility
Bio: A thief by inclination and occupation, La Fantoma took the name of the infamous comicbook character after leaving Addytum and the employ of the Followers after robbing a caravan in broad daylight without being immediately noticed. When the caraveneer was told who robbed him, she was forced to knife him and flee her home. She has since found her way to Reno and is now making her fortune in whatever way she can.

Name: "Quicksilver"
Appearance: Shoulder-length black hair, wearing a black, pre-war, leather trenchcoat. Young looking face.
Gender: Male
Personality: Cocky, Morally good, Not opposed to less than reputable tactics (stealing, hacking etc).
Age: 18
Specializations: Intelligence, Agility.
Bio: After waking up on a beach in California one day with no memory and nothing but the clothes on his back and a 9mm handgun, Quicksilver quickly made a name for himself (literally and figuatively) by discovering and exploiting his skills with blades and firearms. He managed to survive the last three years living off his skills and is now approaching the town after being nearly killed run out of the last one for something completely out of his control (the sheriffs daughter seduced him!).

Name: Zechariah "Zeke" Flynn
Appearance: Lean, athletic, with light red hair in a buzz cut. Wears military boots and trousers, a dark blue hoodie with a faded Capital Congressmen logo, and a khaki sunhat.
Gender: Male
Personality: Quiet, polite, and generally gives off the feeling of wishing he were somewhere else.
Age: 25
Specializations: Perception, Agility
Bio: Just another set of hands to help, just another set of eyes to watch the wastes at night. Zechariah had never been one for standing out, though fate had done the job for him. Everyone knew he hadn't been born in town, even though most were just a mewling babes themselves when his father brought him here. An outsider he was and an outsider he would remain for the rest of his days. But he had a roof over his head and work that put food on the table (so to speak), and so he couldn't really complain. But every so often he would look at the strange picture on the front of his favorite piece of clothing, the one item he had left from his absent father, and wonder to himself while sitting alone gazing at the wastes: who were the Capital Congressmen?

Name: Alexander (or Alex for short
Appearance: He is white, 6'1, athletically built, strong stoic looking facial features, dirty blond hair in the "Unsettler" do, and a "Rough Beard". He wears the "merc grunt" outfit with a dirty grey version of the "bounty hunter duster" over it. He also has a long scabbard hanging from his left hip with a broad-bladed straight sword in it.
Gender: Male
Personality: He doesn't like to talk about himself, but dose like to talk about ideology and philosophical questions such as "what makes us different than animals when we live without law?". He is hardened and desensitized to violence like most people who live in the wastes, and he is generally quite stoic.

Specializations: Endurance, Strength
Bio: Alexander was raised by the wastes. His parents were killed by raiders before he could read and he raised himself to rely on no one. It was no easy task but he ended up making it to a settlement called Flows when he was 14. There he studied about the old world with the Followers of the Apocalypse. He was more interested in current events than history and learned of the Legion, and the NCR and the BOS. One day when he was 18 he set off without a word to anyone, taking with him a map that no one noticed was missing. He traveled for years until he found The Pitt. When he got there it was just barely starting to recover from an invasion by the Brotherhood of Steel, and their leader was calling himself "Ashur". Alexander stayed as Ashur's guest for 3 months while Alexander used the steel forges to create his sword. As payment, he showed them certain metal working techniques he had studied about with the Followers. When he finished his sword, he attempted to leave, but Ashur sent 3 men to capture him so that he could keep teaching them. Alex cut them down with his new blade before they could raise their guns. He traveled west after that for some number of years, and now finds himself outside a small town, dehydrated, wounded, and clinging to his sheathed sword with an iron grip.

Age: 12
Race: Caucasian
Gender: Female
Height: 4'5"

-Feline eyes: Sasha and Aisha were born with mutated eyes similar to a cat's, giving them exceptional night vision.

Visual Description: Being so young, she has a thin, small physique, with fair skin. Her cat-like eyes are her most noticeable attribute, with her rosewood hair a close second.

Personality: Sasha is the elder (if only by minutes) twin and her mother never let her forget it, always foisting responsibility on the girl. As a result Sasha is much more mentally mature than Aisha. This helps when interacting with adults, though her repressed feelings certainly isn't healthy. She will generally only let herself be a kid when she feels she and her sister are alone and safe. She is extremely protective of Aisha, and prone to vicious acts of violence when her sister is threatened.

Despite her background, Aisha can still manage a cheerful personality. She's the morale raiser in the Black Cats duo. Even though she's cheerful, she knows when to get serious which has earned her the reputation of being a 'kitten of death.' She has a small weakness for Mole Rats, and will often go out of her way to try and domesticate one. It usually ends up with Sasha having to put down the 'poor thing'.

Bio:
Sasha and her twin were both born a little different from others. Their mother was exposed to a high amount of radiation during a desperate swimg across a river to escape pursuing slavers. While the mother was relatively unaffected, the unborn girls' DNA wasn't. The resulting mutation gave them eyes similar to a cat. While most thought of the girls as freaks and teased them for it, it was actually a beneficial mutation, giving them superior night vision.

The twins grew up not knowing their father, who had been killed by the harsh Wastes long before they were able to remember him. Growing up with only their mother, Aisha and Sasha lived in relative safety for nine years. During those nine years, they were taught how to shoot, how to avoid threats when possible, and how to survive the other harsh realities of the Wastes.

It wasn't long after their ninth birthday that their mother disappeared and the girls were left on their own. They waited for days for their mother to return. On the fifth day, Sasha finally took charge, taking up the laser rifle her mother had taken off a mercenary years ago and leading her sister out to scavenge. Having only each other to rely on, they learned quickly to coordinate their moves to confuse and defeat their enemies. They knew that they had to fight to survive and Sasha had a talent for tactics and surgical strikes with her deadly-precise laser rifle.

After looting a caravan, the two girls realized how profitable raiding and scavanging could be and from then on made a habit of attacking any merchants and raiders that came close to the small warehouse they'd claimed as a home. Over three years, they earned the nickname 'the Black Cats' for their night attacks and the shine of their green, feline eyes as they moved in for the kill. Soon the merchants tended to avoid going near the warehouse, afraid of picking up bad luck. This didn't stop them from getting supplies however, as many slavers and raiders were always itching to get the twins for themselves.

They always kept a stockpile of supplies at their home in case of breakage or loss. Multiple booby traps surrounded their home, deterring anyone trying to get to the girls. Mines, beartraps, and even pitfalls awaited any unsuspecting person trying to get to them. Using the ladder to the roof often, they took turns looking out for possible hits and incoming raiders.

Name:Frank Marshall
Appearance:An middle-aged man wearing sunglasses and a old pre-war cowboy hat. Wears Leather Armor and carries a sniper rifle and a sawed off shotgun. Tall at 6'2 and weighing at about 173 pounds. Lastly around his neck is a gold pendant with a picture of a woman inside. Has a wedding ring on his left hand.
Gender:Male
Personality: Despite appearances is a kind old man with a short temper. Once angered he usually reacts with a beating or a gunshot. Has a commanding attitude after his service in the NCR. Intelligent and knows survival in the Wastes better than most.
Age:42
Specialization: Perception and Intelligence.
Bio: Frank lived in California essentially all his life. His parents were NCR soldiers so as soon as he came of age he enlisted into the NCR. It was an amazing experience for Frank for most of his youth and he was promoted to First Recon within two years. However, ten years into his service his unit was assigned as backup to a rebellion stirring in the Mojave. As the main force moved into town to start negotiations it became apparent to command that the rebellion would not die down. Frank's unit was ordered to fire on the rebels before negotiations ended; command's reasoning that the crimes they committed would be punished with death anywhere else. It was there the reality of being in the NCR kicked in and Frank blocked the experience out, confiding only in his wife Maria.
Frank retired from the NCR at the rank of Lieutenant at 40 and lives quietly in Border town, about six miles east of the NCR's capital. There he works as the town's hunter and protector of any raiders that might come by though it rarely happens.

Here is my first post:

James enter the town, nearly falling face first on the floor. A kindly woman eyes him. "Want to come to my place? You look like you could use some rest. And food. And water. Good luck finding water without radiation in it sir!" she says. "I was attacked by swarms of ghouls. I wonder where they came from..." He follows the woman to her house.

The young man kicks the rock at his boot he looks around and begins talking to himself "Mickey my boy we gotta find some place to pull in some caps soon". He begins rubbing the rabbit's foot hanging from his belt when he catches a small glint off in the distance "Bingo". Looking down at the bit of fur "Haven't let me down yet now have ya?" smirking he heads towards the glint hoping for two things a cold drink and caps to be gained.

OOC: Yep, N_of_the_dead, you and your character are accepted. Also, in answering the other questions, it takes place in the entire U.S. basically making up the entire area of where the games are based. Yes, you can also join factions. Also, I may edit the character sheets to show backstory if you guys do not mind adding to your character sheets.

And the RP continues!

James walks into the woman's house. "I will give you what you need as long as you do something for me right now." she says. "What do you want woman?!" James asks. "Use your knife to take out radroaches in my basement. I am too scared to go down there!"

Bio has been updated, added a small thing on the enclave that was hinted in NEw Vegas hope that's alright. I can also make up the reasons for the two wanted posters if ya want as well.

Heading towards that glint in the distance Mickey found himself confronted by a bloat fly, normally he would be set but with only a knife on him he would have to hope the thing was busy with what ever dung heap that thing was buzzing around. Trying to walk around it Mickey felt pretty confident till he heard the buzzing get louder turning around he found himself being charged by the over sized fly. Mickey lets out a small scream from the surprise falling back as he haphazardly throws his only weapon at it. Eyes closed Mickey thought to himself "This! This is how I go out!?" but after a moment he realizes the buzzing hasn't gotten any louder, in fact the thing sounds more terrified than angry now. Opening his left eye to check out the events unfolding both of his eyes go wide with shock his knife caught the thing through the wings pinning it to the ground. "Wooo! Score one for me! Man if only I could pull that kind of thing when there are people watchin' I might get a little more respect". Dusting himself off Mickey looks down at the bug and winces as his boot connects with it the loud crunch ending the buzzing. Mickey collects his knife and turns back towards that glint of metal growing closer with each passing step.

OOC: Sure, if you want. I added a very dark bio for my character.

James smashes up some radroaches with the knife. "Disgusting varmits!" James muttered. Some explode, and some just crack with a satisfying sound. He takes them out with relative ease and heads back up. "Alright woman! I need some food and a dri-" he began to say, but noticed her dead body. "What the?" he thinks out loud. James stalks around and checks everywhere for an ambush, but it did not come. James shrugs and walks around the woman's little house. James figured that since she was killed, there was no one to stop him from going through her fridge and crashing here. He found some old apples and a box of BlamCo mac and cheese, as well as some bottles of Nuka-Cola.

After a while Mickey spots the source of the glint, a large broken spotlight siting atop of a poorly built watch tower in the middle of a bunch of shacks. "*sigh* Just a bunch of shacks...but that still means people." After closing the remaining distance something stood out to Mickey "Why is it so damn quiet?" Mickey thinks to himself as he reaches the nearest shack. That's when the smell hit him "AGHH!! What died?" and upon turning the corner he got his answer "Ohh...well that does explains it". Several dead men some outside some half inside all full of holes, "Damn...raiders, probably took anything worth takin'". Mickey begins wandering through the town flipping over the occasional corpse hoping to find something to make up for his day, he lucks out in one of the shacks while rummaging through some random pots on a shelf beneath a bunch of scraps the long barrel of a chinese pistol "Score!" Mickey grabs the gun in an instant tossing the bowl of metal bits aside he holds the thing in his left hand looking it over longingly before noticing the clip near the trigger. Removing the clip his smile quickly fades "F-four.....only f-four?" pushing the clip back into the gun Mickey puts it into the back of his pants followed by a bang "Gaaah!". Checking his backside he finds a hole in the seat of his pants and checks the safety on the gun. Giving up on his search for a decent means of protection he resigns himself to choking down a bit a radroach meat.

James sits down and rests in bed for awhile to recharge his energy for tommorow. About 4 hours into his nap, Kaboom! "What the hell?!" he exclaims when suddenly he hears another rumble and some screams outside. It starts to get dark. He grabs his knife, puts as much food as possible in his pockets, and sets out. Then he saw them. Raiders. A whole gang of them. "You can never get any rest around here!" James snarles. Then he realises something... He is doomed. All he has is a knife. James barely has time to run when he finds a gun pointed at him. BLAM! He was shot in the stomach. The world quickly turns dark...

A five hour nap and two hours of rummaging later Mickey had himself a new bag(one with less bullet holes), half a bottle of irradiated water and a spare can of pork'n'beans. Leaving one of the last sheds Mickey looks around at the dead bodies and begins to think aloud "Should I....bury them?" scratching his head with a knife. Mickey begins to contemplate the thought but gunshots and foot steps made the decision for him, diving under a heap of scrap metal "I've got to get scarce and fast." Mickey mumbles under his breath as some shadows begin moving towards his hiding spot.

So, we take one of the offered "origins", but from there it's all in our hands? Our own stories, no matter if they lead anywhere from the Boneyard to the Republic of Dave?
Do we have to follow Fallout cannon?
Is American-annexed Canada (not that the claim means anything now) open as a setting?

OOC: Yep, the story is in your own hands pretty much. I don't care what you do. All I am is a player and a referee. You have to make sure your stories make sense with the setting (IE: No eating at McDonalds)but you don't have to "follow" the other stories from the games. Is that what you mean? Also, sure, if you want to, you can go to Canada as well. There you go.

In Character: James awoke laying down on some type of metal table. A highpower light shown into his eyes. "He is awake!" said a woman's voice. "There, there now, friend. Relax." said a kindly old man's voice. "Where am I? What happened?" James asked quickly. The man sighed and explained, "You were shot in the outskirts of Shady Sands. My daughter found you so I had to ship ya halfway across town to here. Damn raiders. We fought them off." James looked at his stomach. He groaned in agony. "Who are you?" James asked.

Mikey held his breath as the shadows came closer and with them voices "I could have sworn I heard something?" said a deep gruff voice soon after Mickey heard the voice of woman join the man's "Are you sure I know we heard that gun shot a while ago but could have been who ever did this and they look long gone." her voice full of skepticism. "They aren't raiders!...At least they don't seem to be?" Mickey thought to himself over come with sense of relief thought he now realizes how this looks an armed man with a recently fired gun surrounded by dead bodies and hiding from what could be the law in the area.

In character: "My name is Lawrence Brown, local surgeon. May you return the favor?" asked the man. "Er, I'm James Kilson, sir. Where? Where is my gun? Where is my gun YOU MOTHERF-" James asked. Lawrence interupted with a sigh and replied, "Easy now friend. Wars do not make one great. If you have been reading up on your history, you would know that. The whole world should have learned that after the disaster... Now... Now get up son, your strength should return soon. Good thing you had some food in you at the time you were shot, or you might not be here."

OOC: Not that I'm aware of just that most towns consist of shacks begging to be wiped out by raiders, then again you are the GM so it falls to you. I just believe in giving my guy a little back luck after some good luck.

Mickey still lying under a heap of sheet metal watching the two pairs of legs stand right in front of him now for what felt like forever for him. But something soon changed there hasn't been talking for about a minute Mickey could see his hands shaking...and so were his legs. In an instant the metal above him was tossed aside and he was staring down the end of two service rifles. "Don'tshootI'mpoorlyarmed!!" blurted out as fast as Mickey could hoping to get some kind of leniency.

Appearance: A white, tall, brown leather jacket over vault suit wearing youngster with hair similar to "The King."
Gender: Male
Personality: Cool, chilled, and over all agreeable guy. Tries to be nice to people, and often helps them just chill the fuck out.

Specializations: Charisma

Bio: "Cool" Guy lived in Vault 99 for all of his child hood, and he was born off the time when children should be conceived, making him 2 years older than his peers. He was always very nice to his fellow vault dwellers, but no one was really fond of him other than a few of the kids. No one liked his rock music, and the holo tapes for said music was passed down in his family for since the time of "The King," along with his leather jacket.

A little before Guy decided, well forced really, to leave the vault, a gang had formed in the vault, which Guy was accused of being associate with. Because he was the oldest child, he was taken responsible for when one of the elderly vault dwellers was killed by a gang member, or they said it was by a gang member, or him, John didn't really know. He was out cast from the Vault, and that is where his story begins, if this description is accepted.

Appearance: Fairly tall Caucasian male with dark brown hair. Wears thick glasses, and a dirty vault suit with the number 53 printed on the backside.

Personality: A bit of an introvert Charles, as he likes to be called, is not at all good with people. Not being the person to seek conflict he prefers to stay safely inside his small fortress. Slowly rebuilding America one brick at a time.
Age: 35
Specializations: Perception, Intelligence.

Bio: Born in Vault 53 Charles' quick mind was very appreciated. Constantly fixing the various systems every day cause Charles' to become an excellent engineer, and gave him the skills he would later need. Although he was an extremely valued member of the community, his peers took offense at his lack of socialization. They assumed he thought he was better than them, even though he was really just awkward all the time. As the older generation started to lose political power, Charles would be increasingly ostracized. And, when his peers were the leaders of the vault, Charles was kicked out. He wandered for a short time, and found a small community living in an old military bunker. He offered to get all the former systems up and running, so the bunker dwellers would not have to go up top so often, and to better protect them from raiders. After a few years living among the bunker dwellers, with most of the bunker's old systems up and running, a trader was spotted. Excited, the community's leaders who now had access to clean water and food, hailed him. Maybe this was the start of a prosperous relationship! It wasn't. The trader was really a scout for a local gang of raiders. The raiders got inside the bunker, slaughtering all in their path. Charles enclosed himself in the central computer room and activated the turrets, the laser and ballistic turrets opened fire and killed all the raiders. But, also killed any bunker dwellers still alive. After cleaning out the bunker, Charles vowed never to let anyone get inside again. He found a store closet deep inside the bunker holding all the tools used to build the bunker, and has been digging deeper every day...

ETA: Lets just say vault 53 was around Chicago, in the midwest wasteland.

In Character: James stood back up, noticing the pain has long faded away while he was knocked out. His vision was blurred for a short time. Must just be the medicine wearing off, he thought. He was slapped by the woman, and he went over to recover his gun. "See ya stranger!" waved Lawrence as James walked out of the room and out into the sunny sky. James didn't return the favor this time. He was dizzy again.

As Guy walk out the vault door, gun pointed to his back by the Overseer himself, he left the entrance to the vault, and after getting 20 paces from the door into the dark cave, Guy turned around and saw as the Vault door slowly closed around the small gear shaped hole.

Guy was not very upset over this, he is a pretty cool and calm guy. He always was well prepared. In his inventory, he had one purified water, some bottle caps from his collection, a holotape of Elvis Presley's first album Elvis Presley, which Johnny always though was a little funny, and his Vault 99 little league bat.

He starts walking further into the cave, with little light coming only from in front him, which he assumed to be the exit. He keeps going...

Bio: Implanted against his will with an experimental GRX to create a super-soldier, Wendigo is a wreck physically and mentally. The malfunctioning implant has supercharged his metabolism, leaving him horrifically thin despite constantly eating- this leads him to consume whatever he can find, from radroaches to old-world food to dirt. The surgery destroyed his memories, erasing his name and skills. All he is left with is a glowing mark on his left hand- an "E" ringed by stars, and the words "Nunavut Bay".

First bit of this poor bugger's saga will come if he's accepted. Sorry I put this off so long!
