I was an SAS pilot and we got shot down by Somali pirates and I crash landed into the ocean.

I swam onto a 4inch by 12 inch rock and perched on top of it for 18 months, the cramp I had when they rescued me was ridiculous.

And in the SAS they train you how to go up to 2 years without food. It's a military secret so I can't tell you.
Unless you come up with some solid proof, I'm not convinced. You put your birthdate as 13. July 1993, if you don't remember.

My worst time ever was when I was stranded on a rock for 18 months with nothing but a sock and a leather hand bag that used to belong to my daughter.

Worst 18 months ever, I mean this rock didn't even have fresh water so I had to drink nothing but sea water for 18 months. Bad times people bad times.
Somehow i feel that you are full of bollocks..
Living 18 months without freshwater would kill you no doubt..
You would die from dehydration, before starvation go to you..

I've already explained the military can train you to last 2 years without food and I drunk nothing but salt water.
No, no. That's a load of shit, and you know it. Look it up anywhere: salt water cannot nourish you. It has way more salt than your body can metabolize. It dehydrates you faster than it hydrates you. It's impossible to live on straight seawater. So unless you were able to pull a decanter out of your ass too, you wouldn't have lived more than three or four days.
Some people need to lighten up, it's a joke!

OP: Did you piss of a witch or something?

That's a ridiculous amount of bad luck!

My worst time was probably October of 2005. I attened 3 funerals, one of which was for a baby. Fuck it sucked. What made it worse was me and my whole family had to watch one of them die slowly over a few months due to cancer.

Isn't it kind of hypocritical to sit here at a computer with access to the internet and whine while people are starving to death. Of course I've had my bad days, hell, I've had shitty months and even an entire godawful year but I might as well appreciate the fact that I'm above the poverty line in a developed nation.

I've had a terrible migraine for the past four days.

It's better now, but it was horrible when I had it. I couldn't do anything.

Last couple years, 2-3, were really bad, with moments of particularly deep shit in between.

Yeah I have a roof over my head, I'm fed, relatively healthy and each month I save up a comfortable amount of money, but I'm a hollowed out shell. There are no dreams inside me, no energy, no will to live. It's not that I'm suicidal or going all "woe me!" and stuff, it's just that...I don't know, all I really cared for is gone and now I have no idea what to do.

I can't keep living like this, that's for sure. Working that mind-numbing job, spending 90% of my spare time alone on my room, my parents wouldn't allow it either. But what I want to do instead...I have no idea any more.

So the last few years I've just been drifting around in limbo, feeling absolutely horrible. Maybe things will change now that I'm visiting a psychiatrist.

I woke up one day and one of the nose covers on my glasses fell off. Annoyed I started my computer which started clicking and didn't start up, so I went to my dad'd computer to look up the problem online, just as I sit down my dog comes over and pees on the rug next to the computer.

I felt horrible for the rest of the week since my harddrive was busted and it cost a lot to repair my computer.

Worse luck?

Well, there's the fact that the majority of the world's population doesn't have access to running water.

Just keep your head up and a smile on your face! <3
Well, at least someone says I have bad luck. Someone, who doesn't just pull up the fact "That guy is starving to death there on the other continent, so you have good luck."

[small][SMALL]Now I'm going to get hammered how "That Guy" is half the world's population.[/SMALL][/small]

Sorry about the funerals. Hopefully they weren't relatives. We had to watch my grandmother die in the summer, but my mother always said that the good thing was that she didn't die in some hospital, but in family.

It's all about perspective, hun.

Just remember: there are people who fight tooth and nail everyday just to stay alive.

Be glad your one of the lucky ones in this life :D
BAH Females and their use of the word Hun lol.

OT: Last year Around i dunno when i had a bad day. Almost broke down slightly teared up but thats all i can remember. After i quit that job it's just been one long unlucky year. Of course i don't believe in luck. Just a poor time to be hired for a chef.
It is awkward. Even more so when I'm greeted with "Hello, babe <3".

EDIT: Almost forgot. You have to learn to clean up unnecessarily long quotes. Spamming a thread (like this one) with walls of text might increase my ego, but it really doesn't help anyone

The amount of time spent in bootcamp before I got kicked out due to anxiety attacks brought on by stupid people around me.

Best... post... ever.

Me, I tend to have more bad moments than bad days or weeks.

But those moments are REALLY bad.
