Being cheated on by your girlfriend with your father is pretty terrible.

Pretty much this. It's horrible.

Just gonna add a little something to that.

OT: For me, it's the feeling of loneliness, which I'm currently experiencing. What brought on this feeling is that I made the really stupid mistake of trying to get back together with my ex and shutting down another woman in the process. Not only did I get beat to my ex by a fucking player, I lost a chance at the other female, too. It hurt even more when she said she was having feelings for me.

Being in love... and being unable to be with the one you love... for whatever reason. Be it distance, family, society, or them being unable to love you...

It just hurts your heart... Knowing there's almost nothing you can do about it.

This one is one of my reasons. And I get that chest pain and feel hollow

Intense, spasmodic stomach cramp

I was in tears, blubbering and vomiting from the pain. It's struck me twice at random so far in my life, for seemingly NO reason (the two times were completely different, one was on an overnight plane from America to Britain, the other was in my aunt's kitchen.)

As for emotional, I'd have to say when I was rejected after summing up the courage (sort of) to feebly and meekly ask out the only girl in school I ever fancied (all of the others were either Smart, Attractive or Nice, they was no overlap in their venn diagrams). I wasn't too bothered, but that night in bed I cried.

Emptiness. Not the sad, just-got-out-of-a-break-up emptiness, but the cold, blank, remorseless emptiness that makes your life bleak and simple no matter what kind of crazy things you do. That and indigestion; I fear indigestion more than getting a hundred more stitches in my head.

I often stop caring if I live... not as bad as some feelings but it isn't what you call a good feeling.

Knowing that you are going to have to do something very difficult, or knowing you will be in pain later on. The feeling before is worse than doing either of the actual events.
