haha, nah, just kidding. but for real, i think it's just basically anyone who stands in denial of pure logic. its laid right if front of them, and they just refuse to acknowledge it. even if they know they're wrong. you just wanna smash em in the face with logic. or paint the word logic on a baseball bat and smash em with that. and make their teeth into a necklace. and after they get dentures, smash them out too and add them to the necklace.

I wouldn't consider a zealot to be a troll. They're just idiots. When one's posts are informed by a genuine, sincere belief in something pants-on-head retarded, they're not necessarily trying to get a rise so much as displaying the complete lack of social skills peculiar to retards on the Internet.

To me the worst trolls are fanboys, the ones who stick their fingers in their ears and yell LA LA LA LA LA I CAN'T HEAR YOU LA LA LA whenever even a reasoned discussion of, say, Morrowind's combat system comes up.

The ones that aren't even funny. 99% of them aren't funny, and they're always clearly wrong and just thick headed (which is what makes them a troll) but when they don't even make any funny posts, maybe add a funny picture or something, then they're just hard to watch.

I have personally never minded trolls. I don't really see the problem with them. I mean, you don't HAVE to engage them, and last time I checked the internet isn't running out of space any time soon, so it's not like they're ruining the internet for anyone else.

I'll admit that when a troll is pathetically bad at trolling, it annoys me a little. But so do people who just make really shitty topics who AREN'T trolling, and I encounter the later far more often.
