It's not technically "voice acting" but everything Tommy Wiseau said in The Room was hilariously bad. Bad writing, bad acting, bad accent.

Plus his voice was completely dubbed over for god knows what reason, so I guess it kinda counts.

Here's one of my favorite scenes:

I thought Sean Bean was horrible in Oblivion. Sure, he squeezed it out when Martin had to give a speech, or had to be frightened of a book, but for the money I'm sure Bethesda had to spend, the role could've been done better for less money with a less prestigeous actor.

Don't even get me started on that turd of a job Patrick Stewart phoned-in and got an award for. When I think about the sacrifices that other, less important departments at Bethesda had to make, departments such as programing, art, story, and game play, it's hard not to wonder how much better Oblivion might've been if they hadn't felt compelled to pay Hollywood actors Hollywood prices for sub-par, tired performances.
I though they were the only two good things about that game. The other three voice actors were terrible!!
I was inclined to agree with you, odubya23, until I watched some of the other videos posted in this thread. Compared to them, Sean Bean and Patrick Stewart were fucking brilliant.

Oblivion failed more in the quantity of voice actors versus the quality.

Oh, I just thought of something. In X-men, when Magneto comes out with, "Are you sure you saw what you saw?" Ugh, talk about bad writing. The dialogue in that movie sucked so bad you can't really blame Ian McKellen for choking on it.

Indeed, in that there was a number somewhere in the range of 4.

My sisters where watching some cheerleading movie on abc family once (don't ask how I made it out of that room alive) and although it was a live action movie one of the cheerleaders boyfriends sounded like he was lipsyncing to his own voice. It is pretty hard to describe but it sounded awful.

Original Resident Evil had some quality about it.
This, right here. I didn't think any voice acting could be worse than Mega Man 8 until I started playing the original Resident Evil. I guess good voice acting wasn't a top priority for Capcom in the PS1 days.

I've gotta say, Star Ocean for Xbox had some pretty crappy voice acting in it. It made me cringe just to listen to the characters interact for the first time.

Couldn't play the game beyond the intro because the voice acting was so damned lame XP...

Silent Night, Deadly Night 2.

includes the infamous "Garbage Day" quote and other greats like,
".....No more bullets... dumb fool. ...and I'm glad they stopped me! before I did... what I really had to do..."

theres fifty of 'em.
*cringe* so bad
Makes me wanna play Grandia, and perhaps resident evil, but the controls to RE are so bad it makes me cry more than the voice acting.

Let's see... the 4kids version of One Piece is soooo bad it makes me hate the series, even though I love the sub. Funimation made it MUCH better, but I still weep whenever that shitty version is shown.
