Raised my salary by 50%. FIFTY F___ING PERCENT! And proved, at the same time, that I CAN survive 17.5 hours' and 600 miles' commute per week.

At the start I managed to fail my first year of university by quitting after four weeks.

Although more recently, I got accepted back into uni to start in February after thinking about whether I want to go back.
I got my learners back in April so I can get my licence next April and I got my first job which I hope my hours will remain consistently decent.

I'm finally getting around to playing the Thief series?
I don't know, for someone who is unemployed, doesn't go to school, and doesn't have a drivers license, there isn't a lot to accomplish.
i'd say there's alot to be done and you havent done any of it, same situation as you, but i did get my licence and enrolled in some classes this year

turned several people into bronies
uhm
played through 4 campaigns in DoW 2 Retribution in one day - fuck yeah, Spess Mahreens to the rescue! (also devs, fix this shit)

i also finished my training as a nurse and went to uni right after that, but somehow neither really feels like an accomplishment.
hmm
...
......

oh right, this is a good one: the student body of our faculty organised a mulled-wine all you can drink for us newbies;
i don't like that many of my fellows, but among very few who don't make me want to enter a killing spree there's this one girl, all fresh from school straight to uni and totally in over her head, feels a tad bit like sucker right now, the usual. so ol' me, not really a people-person and not exactly the most straightforward guy when it comes to liking someone, told her that i'd be happy to see her there. reaction: "Whoa. [short pause] Coming from you,..."

and only after two months of knowing someone! that's a new personal best! :D

Really, what was I thinking?
seriously, stop meddling in others' affairs - being overweight and having an increased risk of several severe conditions is a culture, it's something to be proud of!

wait, what? xD
congratulations & keep up the good work; i know it's not easy (friend of mine has to take some meds that turn you into a balloon, she's struggling for every pound)

Even though my study hit me hard in the face with a big F in the face, I picked myself up and got back into it. And am now preforming very well!
That and right now, the hunt is on. I have finally found someone who interests me in terms of relationships and she's interested in me. This, for me, is quite the accomplishment ;p

did my first movie screening in front of about 150 people, not going to lie every time a joke as about to come up i had pins in my heart and the entire time i was in the fettle position in the corner on the second floor.
but hearing the reactions of the crowd changed how i felt and when it was all over and i walked in front of the 150 something people and thy all stood up to applaud me. holy shit that felt really good and then i answered some questions about the movie for the next 15 minutes.
A big step in being a film maker.

Graduated from high school, got a girlfriend, travelled to Paris, quit piracy and started to work seriously at my artistic activities. Overall a good year for me ? and hell of a lot better than 2010, which was merely a black hole.
