I watched this scene over and over, not for what you'd probably think, but to find a concise way of criticising everything I wanted to criticise about it. I'll just make a list of the things I find peculiar or mind-bending.
1. Unnecessary fanservice.
2. Physics.
3. Somebody directed the voice work for this scene. And somebody acted it.
4. The "Isn't this just a precious moment!?" background music.
5. Sneeze?

Nagato's guitar skills. Makes you appreciate that somebody animated the fingering with such attention to detail.
