I really liked the music they used in Mass Effect. That synth sound really added to the whole space opera flare of the series. And the song playing over the credits was so good I purchased it (along with the main theme and the map theme) on iTunes.

EDIT: Oh, and Tetris. That music is such an ear worm, I hear it in my dreams occasionally and I haven't played in about 10 years.
