Hey, as long as Raiden gets a shitload of Grey-Fox Style weaponry, good. If not, bad.
My theories is that it shows how Riaden gets the exoskeleton, and what happens between MGS2 and 4.

He was an ok character in MGS2, its just he had long hair, a tight outfit and wasn't Snake. In MGS4 he was an undeveloped (character-wise)deus ex machina who's only purpose was to belittle Snake and act all 'cool'. In MGS4 he turned into an utter prick, if you stripped all the gay elements out of MGS2 he would have been a fantastic character.xxhazyshadowsxx said:

Raiden wasn't a Bad character, but it was a let-down not to be able to play as Snake.
I still dont get why people hate Raiden so much, sure its probably because people were expecting to play as Snake, but that was the fun of it, it was a new character, with an all new story. Plus Raiden was a very sypathetic character. I know that might sound gay, but he was still a good character damnit!!xxhazyshadowsxx said:
This is meant to be after MGS4, he doesn't have arms at the end of MGS4, so unless they make him more of a cyborg (the arms I mean) that could be a very dull talky game, or a very unique dialogue light game, all because of the fact he has to hold his sword in his mouth.

Here's mine. Raiden and Ryu Hayabusa meet. They fight, epically of course. Ryu wins. End of the MGS games lol. I do love them to death for the record, just being funny.

I can't really come up with any theories that haven't already been brought to the table. I can only hope that the game is good.

These games are great but I personally believe just cause a story is nonsensical doesn't mean its good. Also I think Raiden gets a little to much hate, he's not so bad assuming they drop his mopey demeanor.
