still i reckon humanity needs pruning (thanks Yahtzee)
The only problem with war pruning is its not the people who need it who are going to be the only ones to die.

The tuition fees have been raised even higher that they were, and they were bad enough before that you were practically forced to take out student loans and get in debt before you've even gotten anywhere. This means it's almost inadvertently bringing back the Class system - from a working class background? Better get an apprenticeship, because you won't be able to afford uni. and because of progressive society, no-one wants to slip back into Draconian values. That's my reading of events anyway.
I'm not from the area, care to elaborate as to how 'tuition fees' work there; which are apparently distinct from 'student loans'?

I couldn't help but to laugh at the remainder of your post though; given my present location in college in the US.

Admitted or not both sides are looking to fight. It will go there. As to the eventual outcome, I'm afraid to guess at this point.

North Korea barely has electricity and they threaten the world with nukes? Don't make me laugh. At best the "missiles" they launch will detonate near their borders. At worst they'll detonate in the mainland causing the anihilation of the North.

China will never support North Korea because there are no advantages to supporting it. North Korea is in this alone and there are zero chances it will survive.
