My very first post was ignored as well but then it was a slightly annoyed post at so many complainer (first pax vid from EC).
Still most of the people i get into convo with are nice. I am mostly not such a big poster I mostly just lurk. Although i do sometimes have a very strong opinion on some things.

I don't know any sites but I can recommend the Pimsleur language tapes. I haven't tried Mandarin but their Cantonese one was very good. They can be expensive if you can't find them internet discounted.WeOwnTheSky said:
I did find that I needed a Cantonese speaker to practice with, being a tonal language and me being atonal made it very difficult and I still only know a few phrases.
