these games of mine

i was just wondering if anyone has played these games they are not well known (i think).


1) Soldiers heroes of ww2

2) faces of war

3) thunder brigade

4) cossacks anthology (comes with the first game and all of its expansion packs better than sequel in my opinion)

5) hidden and dangerous 1&2 (best ww2 squad based shooters ever)

warhammer 40k chaos gate

war of the worlds (only played the ps1 version)

armies of exigo

star ocean till the end of time

Hidden and Dangerous was good for the time but SO bugged, and the Dreamcast port was very buggy.

Cossacks just could never draw me in

None of my friends played Oddworld although I thought it was a terrible excellent game. but maybe it DOES have some national recognition.

Cossacks just could never draw me in

yeah hidden and dangerous has some hilarious bugs like the one on H&D 2 when you could run super fast for no reason thats the only one i get, that and the occasional crash.

Cossacks - A visiting family member from Germany introduced me. Looks like a total rip off of Age Of Empires, like a cross between AOE2 gameplay and AOE3 era... But if you like AOE 2, you'll like Cossacks.

Cossacks were awesome, probably the only game that let you command a charge of the polish winged hussars http://www.keithrocco.com/store/images/lg_wingedhussars.jpg who were IMO the coolest cavalry ever

they look awesome

Ah ma god Cossaks is amazing! Anyway I'll try some of those games if i ever cross path with them.

ahh thats great my favorite bit was when they are looking for the lady of the lake "im not the lady of the lake im from the village"

and the land shark gun was great

ooo and the robot gardeners they were hilarious (theyd always just turn up)

im afraid not most of them are what i grew up with in my child hood so their old pc games and ps1
