deadmau5, muse, the beatles, the rolling stones (well, they're still together, but they're not rooted in the 90's, same goes for all the other great hits of the 80's and 70's) i'm just gonna stay safe here and say big bands from the 80's. yes, most of them went through the 90's but they're rooted in the 80's, except bon jovi and def leppard, those damn traitors went western, and they wrote some of the best music to.
