Having their own damn Pirate Bay! Stop hogging ours!

Meat balls
And... I have no idea what it's called, ran it through a translator: fermented Baltic herring
In Swedish it's "Surströmming"
Disgusting, it is
That's certainly something that can't be recommended to anyone.
[small]It's "hapansilakka" in Finnish.[/small]

Well America's a melting pot so we've tried most things and the things we make always gets big enough elsewhere so you know job done. But if anyone hasn't tried the varying kinds of American Jerky they should, in the south deer jerky is very good I recommend it.

I'm from The Netherlands. Aside from the things tourist get here and that we are famous for (legalized drugs and red light districts) I would like you people to try some of our traditional dishes like for example Hutspot ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hutspot ) or some other 'stamppot' http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stamppot . We also got some snacks we only eat near the end of the year, for example an Oliebol (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Oliebol) . Good stuff. Weather here may suck all year around but atleast our food is nice :D

(I can't find any advanced editing on this forum ._. how to insert links the proper way?)

Real chips, big chunky chips.

Also, Welsh Rabbit, which is toast with cheese which has been melted in a saucepan with beer and mustard poured on top.

Apparently it's our nation's dish's birthday today. Fish and Chips, other countries should try it, with a wedge of lemon, and ketchup.

Well in Turkey we have what is called "Doner Kebabs" which for me is like crack.

The rest of the world needs to try it out.
I was under the impression Turkey had exported those to Germany, so at least they've been tried somewhere.

fish and chips um, no marmite um, no deep-fried mars bars dammit that was Scotland, you know what, England hasn't done anything.
So much good literature, though.
Being American, I'd say DEMOCRACY! Actually, I think we have the market cornered in ice cream flavors. I've read England has only a few, and I can't imagine the rest of the world being much better.
Also, sense of humor.

and Democracy was invented by the greeks
