That part in Dark Void where you mess around with the controls in some floating shield generator thing and then jet pack out of there before it explodes.
The tentacles in Dead Space were pretty intense.

The ending to Mass Effect 2. 'nuff said, telling off your boss never made you feel so badass.
Oh, and winning a duel in Red Dead Redemption, it's always fun to say "Son, you just signed your own death warrant." to the idiot trying to look tough by dueling you with .45 Long Colt rounds to his gut.

Jumping off a building and shoving your hidden blade into the back of someone's head in Assassin's Creed.
Using the Hammer of Dawn for the first time in Gears of War. That and the Brumak Rodeo.
Using Dragon Thunder on Kid Gohan in DBZ Budokai Tenkaichi 3. Impaling the poor kid was fun.

Finally, killing the scarab in Halo 3 on a mongoose.

Fallout 3: In the Plaza with the Capitol Building, Washington Monument etc. With my Dart Gun and high Sneak ability, I singlehandedly wiped out both Talon Company and Super mutants without being spotted. I was like 'This is epic, and the best part is that they don't know where I am!'

i would have to say going 200mph on a custom motorcycle,ramping up 4 stairs and flying off IN THE AIR!! only to have the bike keep going.Become totally vertical with the person it's about to hit and smacking into them. sending them a good 20 miles away.
Throwing a grenade into the distance when a game started in MAG a getting 3 kills I shed a whole man-tear that day
Shooting a guy in the shoulder in gta4 while he was on a bike and as he fell off and grabbed his shoulder it was really... ugh... "cinematic".

Getting the highest wante- I mean cop noteriety level in Saints row 2 and using the assault chopper to take down other assault choppers chasing me, then derailing a train with missiles, then going mental on cars on the road (all the while being shot at and taking down pursuing swat choppers) then crashing it into a huge crowd of cars and people while repeatedly pulling out and getting rid of my magic teleporting parachute then killing myself with a bunch of satchel charges on a bunch of cars. Awesome.
