Well funny you should mention this because one day I was flying a Helicopter and decided to jump out and commit suicide, but here's the funny thing, I spawned at a hospital 5 seconds later.

Well, since I got Oblivion, I've started seeing similarities between random conversations with strangers (these happen a lot thanks to my job), and the conversations between NPCs in the game. Occasionally I just want to say "I saw a mudcrab yesterday," and see what happens.
