I've given up hating things online because no matter how right you are, or how well thought out a given argument is, it is simply food to someone who wishes to use it as such.
For that reason, I have also given up trying to defend certain things. I have what I like, and posters can have or hate whatever they want, I no longer feel like getting involved.
On topic, and off the internet however, I have found it is no longer fun to hate the hypocrisies and blatant lies/miscommunication of various government officials. As a Canadian I am fed both the stupidity of my own government, as well as that of the Americans. It gets to the point now where I am turning off Jon Stewart, Colbert and any late night talk show host because the health care thing is so overblown it is just really really sad now. It is where I want to get a dictionary to many of these people and tell them to look up the words that they are saying.
