I was on a plane about a week ago and I had the torture of sitting directly in front of a crying baby. Trying not to get angry over it I got my Ipod out and started listening to music at top noise. About 10 minutes later the person next to me got upset because he could hear the music from my headphones and couldn't sleep with it all the while the baby kept crying at the top of its lungs!.
I thought it was a joke so I only turned the volume down a little; but the next thing I knew he ripped the Ipod out of my hand and started getting very loud at me, when I tried to say that the baby was a greater distraction he just said that he hated the music I liked.
I just can't take people with that sort of prejudice seriously.
what bugs you/ what can't you take seriously?

I once spoke back to one of em in middle school, and they told me to get 'my guys', and to meet them and 'their guys' later out back of the school.

I told them, why not just you and me. I accused them of being scared. They said no, but they insisted it be a team battle.

I ended up going alone. It was my problem, didn't need to include my friends in stupid shit.

The classic rock fanatics who are absolutely positive that all music created efter the 70s (some 80s rock is ok) is just purely commercial, and completely unlistenable. "Back in the good old days, of the 60s and 70s, music was real. And it carried a message. Nowadays it's just shallow and commercial. Just look at Lady Gaga and Justin Beiber." These people don't even try to prove themselves wrong.

Though, to be fair: this applies to everyone who listens to just one genre of music and disregards everything else.
