*WARNING: MINIATURE RANT*
Ha! When I read this header, I honestly thought you were gonna go off on war game minis.
Nah, it's just that I originally came here for to watch D&A, and in my spare time I looked at the more interesting looking topics and there were so many cases of people going off on an endless stream of bitching as though everyone's just going to care. At least announce your intent first! (that's probably another one for the list)

Life in general.

The Comedian was right you know, it's all just one big joke. A bad joke at that. Seeing people mill about like everything is so super serious, making life so hard for themselves (and even worse, others) for no apparent reason.

It's kinda sad.

I can't take Gangsta kids seriously. Especially when they think they're tough shit.

I once spoke back to one of em in middle school, and they told me to get 'my guys', and to meet them and 'their guys' later out back of the school.

I told them, why not just you and me. I accused them of being scared. They said no, but they insisted it be a team battle.

I ended up going alone. It was my problem, didn't need to include my friends in stupid shit.

Ending results:

I win.

5-0

Technically, the best they could do was get 1 point there. xD
This sort of reminds me of when I was at a movie with a friend once. My friend and I are both big guys and 27 years old. I'm 6' 250lbs, he's 6'2" 300lbs (and has a frame more intimidating than mine, and you'll see the relevance of our size in a moment.) These kids (somewhere between 12-15) sitting behind us just wouldn't stop talking. Not talking low/whispering mind you, just flat out talking. Several times we asked them nicely to stop talking/keep it down, but they kept going. At one point, my friend turned around and said "Guys, shut the hell up! We've asked you nicely several times and you keep doing it!" One of the kids said "I will fucking end you." My friend stood up for a moment, the kids didn't say a damn thing the rest of the movie. My friend wouldn't have done anything, of course, he was trying to prove a point to stupid kids talking shit.

a crying baby.
This.
Whenever I'm on public transport and hear a baby cry, I immediately get up and get on another carriage. If I'm on a bus or tram, I get off at the next stop and wait for the next bus or tram to come along. Thinking on what I just typed, that's a little obsessive.

Tr00 kvlt idiots in black metal. Fucking idiots.
So much this, truth be told, I can't take most black metal seriously, good music yeah, but sometimes what they are singing about is so stupid, especially when they are trying to be dark.

When they sing shit like "God is a failure, we are worthless, go fucking die" in growled vocals makes some good unintentional comedy for me.

Old people. Always trying to butt in line, thinking they don't have to play by the rules anymore because they are old.

I cant take the Dr Dre album "The Chronic" seriously. Every time I hear "Dez Nuts' I crack up laughing. Its just so silly.

Also, elitists on My Anime List. I dont understand how you can be an elitist about watching something.

Odds are they have nothing to rush home to, and that their trip to the grocery store is the pinnacle of their existence, so they should enjoy being out instead of impeding on other people who actually have somewhere to be.

Furries, and people with really weird sexual kinks. Now, I'm not hateful or intolerant towards those types or nuthin', and I'm glad they find a way to get whatever it is they think they need.. but goddamn, I just can't help but laugh.

Wow, that guy is a total dick. I would of taken the Ipod back and told him to piss off, eventually throwing something of his away.

Chav's. They...just...ugh. Anyone here from the UK know what i mean, they really piss me off.
Oh and the extremely religious. They really frustrate me and make me want to him something hard, however i'd probably only hurt myself.

I think you'll find that she was explaining that the two need not be mutually exclusive.

Considering how incredibly lucky we are that our planet and it's eco system evolved in the way it did, you could forgive someone for believing that it's not a conicidence.

EDIT: OT: People who are emotionally or financially invested in a topic or product and then place more importance or value on it that the topic/product warrants.

For example, Peter Molyneux.
Another example: My lecturer for Dance. She honestly believes that dancing will always increase your academic performance and that if your academic performance doesn't improve after starting dancing regularly that you're dancing all wrong.

I'm not kidding.

I can see how she could draw a connection between dance giving a sence of accomplishment to some, and the proven positive affect on emotional well being that physical activity has on people, and then linking all of that to someone being generally happier and more motivated, which could lead to better academic performance.

But she really does take it way too far.

If anyone thinks that I'm over-sensationalising all of this PM me and I'll email you a recorded lecture of hers.

Oh no, this woman was desperate to get me into their "way of life" by any means necessary. It's one thing to persuade people to join a religion but to contort it to make it more appealing to play on my own belief of science...she really exclaimed that both were right which made it confusing and manipulative.

People who yell at me, they are punchlines, their voices... the joke.
Shame I'm not built like a brick shit-house, otherwise I could just go around slugging these people who think it'd fine to just yell at people because the rest of the world isn't paying attention to their "massive problems".
