Eating

Can be, if you tear the meat from the bone with your own teeth. Solid Snake style.

Walking into stationary objects, particularly desks or walls

And what's more badass than walking into a lamppost AND KNOCKING IT THE FUCK DOWN!

Being ill, particularly if you have a runny nose, red eyes, and/or vomit

What if you're ill while you're fighting crime with your bare fists? That would be cool.

Sitting watching a movie or listening to somone particularly boring talk and suddenly notice that you are drooling.
