Even for bad, potentially dangerous things. More power to those who want to do them. We are the dominant species on the planet with no natural predators, it makes sense we build something in that will naturally thin out our herd.

I think the most important part is the fact where he mentions that it should not impede other people's freedom. Being in a casket tends to limit what people can do, especially when your hearth has stopped beating.
