Bees, wasps, hornets, dirtdobbers, yellow jackets, ect. I've never been stung by one, but they seem to have a way of finding me. The more flight an insect is capable of, the more they freak me out. I'm terrified of them!
Also, the ocean. I don't know why, but the thought of like being in the ocean and having say a whale swim up next to me sounds like one of the creepiest things ever. Actually just the thought of being in or riding a boat on deep water freaks me out. I don't know why, I can swim pretty good and I love a good swimming pool...but the ocean freaks me out!

Spiders, well not the smaller ones just the massive ones. We had one on the wall and it freaked me out big time, I didn't want to look at it but I couldn't bring myself to not look at it. [sub]Wait what?[/sub]

Cockroaches. I don't care about spiders. If I see one, I have no qualms about punching it flat (unless it's on an interior wall; I don't want to stain the wall). I don't care about heights, and I've eaten lunch sitting on the edge of a cliff that could easily cause my death if I slipped. But cockroaches make me go into the foetal position.
Roaches - I had one fall from my ceiling and land on top of my keyboard - I nearly fell back in my chair. Hate Roaches. ::Shivers:: Also dead space spider babies freaked me out too. ;(
