Things that look like they taste good but actually don't

Have you ever seen something that looks like it would taste good but you know wouldn't. It could be something that's edible or something that's not. My example would be paint. Every time I see paint I think how delicious it looks. Also dog treats smell and look like they taste good but trust me they don't

Lavender soap. looks nice, smells nice, and it even tastes nice. it's just that it makes me foam.

Sea Urchins. They look like they would taste amazing, but apparently "it's an acquired taste" means that it sucks.

Just one more reason to go to Yahtzee's mana bar - those blue cocktails look amazing. Blue is my favourite colour, and i've always struggled to find any food or drink that's proper blue! Powerade is the closest i've got to delicious flourescent mana-colour blue.

I once had one of those powder things you add to water from an mre that made it look really blue. It looked hazardous. I think it was called Quick stix or something like that. It actually tasted good too.
