Childrens cartoons. I may just be picky. But I grew up with the original Pokemon, Digimon, Bugs Bunny and all those things. Now whenever I'm babysitting my little cousin and they watch tv the shows all suck.

Music. Auto-tune. If I see one more Justin Beiber, Lady Gaga, Katy Perry, Milley Cyrus, Lil Wayne, NEW Eminem, or any other rap, pop or "club" music, in a status on Facebook I'm done. Which sucks because Beiber just came to Edmonton.

Katy Perry is actually quite good and club music? What like this?

Katy Perry does, in all honesty, have a decent voice and that. Its just not my type of music.

I'm horrible at describing thighs. When I say club music I mean ean all the music that's popular now. It's the unofficially title I gave the aforementioned musicians.

There has always been shitty music, games, books, anime, manga, films, people etc. There always will be shitty music, games, books, anime, manga, films, people etc. It's just your personal tastes that makes you think everything is getting worse, to which I say pull your head out of your arse and accept that other people like the stuff you don't.

Really depends on the individual and their circumstances. I thought getting shot would clear my "Its gonna rain dog shit on you" queue for a good while, Only to be standing in front of my mother not even three weeks later in order to keep her from getting shot yesterday.

Ten years from now, a twenty-year-old college student will say "Back in my day, Lady Gaga and Ke$ha were awesome. Much better than this shit that's out now." And the teens and tweens will be like "no way, Inoffensive White Bread Boys are the best band EVER!" and the girls will say something like "I want to have Jacob's babies!" (Jacob was the most popular boy's name in 2002, so...)

And ten years after THAT, those same people, now adults, will reminisce about the glory days of Inoffensive White Bread Boys and the cycle will continue.

And for what it's worth, New Kids on the Block SUCKED. I don't care that they were #1 on the pop charts when I was 13, I still think they sucked then and suck now on their reunion tour. Bubblegum pop has ALWAYS sucked, only the names have changed.

COD is steadily getting worse. COD4 was a masterpiece, COD W@W's only redeeming quality imo was Nazi Zombies, and MW2, except for the singleplayer, sucked.

Things getting worse? The gaming "community". More and more games are relying on online play for content and the gamers who were playing online 7-8 years ago have been swamped by the filth of humanity.

After 30 years of gaming, I am thinking of quitting because I find myself compelled more and more to associate with the kind of putrid cunts I would never associate with in reality and I resent having them inflicted on me online.

Sorry, but I pretty much hate most of the current school of gamers and miss the old school (where acting like a cocksucker had consequences and you would find yourself short on friends and people to play with in a fucking hurry).

this is something i thought up just off the top of my head a and i wanted input about, are things just steadly getting worse? this can be music, games, movies what ever. the thing that made me think of this is i recently lisend to linkin park's(for the first time in about 6 years)new song and i thought "wow this is naff". this then made me think of games that have been sequiled for along time(dont ask me how i had that thought i have no idea)

what do you think are some things getting worse or is it just things should just stop when they are good?

Movies get better all the time I think.
TV- Series seem to go up and down in the quality of new shows, but once a show starts it generally go downhill from there
