Y'know after you eat corn on the cob and it's just the cob left? That. That freaks me out, it looks all gross and... I can't explain it but I can't even look at it, it's just eeeeuuurgh!
And Daddy Long Legs (or to give them their proper name, Crane Flies) they really freak me out, they have long spindly legs that flail around mentally and they just bang into walls making that slight, yet evil, tapping sound and if one comes near you it will always fly towards your face, always the face!

Walking around my house with the lights off at night, i just get this ridiculous feeling i'm being watched and it takes so much energy not to run to the nearest door and slam it behind me.

That can really just creep me out sometimes, but mostly when there's no-one else around. Definitely not a time it's nice having a somewhat active imagination.

Not feeling like I'm on solid ground. I hate being on balconies any higher than 5 floors up.
Pretty much the same but i'm grand for a relatively solid surface beneath me, the idea of falling is terrifying though..

I have a few things...

dolls, as been said, they are just so creepy.

The feeling of nothing below me (which has been said too)..just the other day I was going up a bunch of stairs that were on a beach (the stairs were going up a cliff)...and nothing was under the stairs...I was really creeped out about that. I need solid ground below me.

And my biggest fear...clowns...I don't see how anyone can like clowns. They are really creepy.

That thing from Jeepers Creepers. Word of advice, do NOT let a 10 year old watch really gruesome horror movies on a black and white T.V.

Horror movies in general can fuck off in my book. How can anyone like watching Pinhead rip a guy to shreds with chains from hell?

essentially, its the mothman, but with a cannibalistic tendancy, and bat wings if I am not mistaken.

Mine is The Corinthian, from the sandman series, not the second one, the old one, for some reason he just scares the living shit out of me.

Parasites. For example ringworms. Just knowing something is crawling under my skin would probably do more damage to me than the actual parasite.
THIS!
Far out, that freaks me out.
Also when it's completely silent.
Perhaps you would appreciate the song by The Darkest of the Hillside Thickets called "Burrow Your Way To My Heart". (Although they acknowledge the inaccuracies related to ringworm, they went with the artistic license on it.)

The idea of putting your foot in the mouth of an Octopus.

Does that not chill you to the pit of your soul?
No, a short story about a bone vampire that convinces a man to hate his own grinning skeleton within him so that he agrees to have it be devoured. His sister comes along and thinks she's stepped on a jellyfish...until she looks down. THAT is creepy.

Dolls. Porcelain dolls with glassy eyes.

Also, old people.
They all look like they can keel over and die at any moment. And they're so wrinkly.

Yes this, I can't even watch that show Monsters Inside Me for more then about 25 seconds before I get creeped out.

I really fucking hate/creeped out by nature. IT'S LIKE IT IS ALWAYS TRYING TO KILL US!

Also I don't like hospital. Not a fear really. Just creeped out by them. Not because people die in them so much and diseases etc, but because I also expect to run into to something really disturbing in them.

I can speak from example here, it is kind of itchy. Although ringworm is a fungus, and is the same thing as Athlete's Foot or Jock itch. I think you may actually be thinking of tapeworms, which I would definitely agree with you. That shit is weird.
