The problem with removing one bad element of human civilization/nature is that they are intertwined and complex. If we eliminate world hunger the population of the world increases like crazy and we run out of space, use a shit ton of natural resources, and create new problems such as environmental destruction from larger populations. If we eliminate war, those who served best as soldiers will have to find something else to do for a job, gun manufacturers go out of business, and even more competition for jobs result as any and all military service men and women are unemployed. Every solution causes more problems regardless of what is solved, hell no crime would put every cop and law enforcement agent out of a job that they worked to feed their family. If you eliminate religion, there are fewer reasons for people to act kind and moral, no church or mosque is there to remind them of the power of giving and treating the poor. Also eliminating religion takes away a powerful social and cultural identity and relation to others. I say this as an agnostic person who does not know if God exists or not, I do know that church offers believers a place to meet people that share their values and ideas. Getting rid of monogamy and discouraging staying with one person does increase the risk for STDs, sorry people you are not always going to remember to slap on a condom when your brain is focused on boning the hot momma in front of you or the best girl you could get considering the circumstances. Oh and the unexpected kids that she births, to be a good parent you can't be spending too much time riding the village bicycles, you've got some diapers to change.
