Actually Ill have to disagree With equality you mentioned racism, and to be fair its actually going away. The difference is that for a long long period it was replaced with...religious-ism? The US in particular seemed to shift kind of noticeably from racism after 9/11 and shifted to an anti-muslim, anti-islam stance. And especially after Obama it lessened even more. So equality I would say is possible for at least a time, provided the current prejudices are one focused outside that country.

With poverty, yes one of the biggest reasons places like africa are so poverty stricken is a)Not the right environment for mass population b) A tendency to have more children. Fixing the first is the most difficult, but with time and more technological advances we can make better crops to grow there, better housing etc. The second you can fix by education, also one of the big problems in poorer areas.

Crime? Ya crime wont go away. Id say its half to do with being poor and half to do with thrill. People don't vandalize buildings or steal dvds from stores because they are poor, its because of the thrill and they think/can get away with it.

My own opinions. The lower class vs upper class angst, eg the 99% vs 1%. This isnt a case of poor vs rich, since I cna see in the near feature it getting easier and easier for the lower class to actually "live" its the extra things like tvs computers etc which go up in price.

You've got a point, it's impossible to prove something doesn't exist or something won't happen. And some people always look for a reason to indemnify themselves or someone/something else to blame.

I tend believe I'm not quite so arrogant as to believe I know whether or not there are any gods, I'm not on the fence because I want a back up plan, I'm there because I know that a god doesn't have to show himself, people just like to believe he would.
