We've all felt like crap more than a few times. Some more often that others but what do you do when it happens?

It can be absolutely anything, I'm interested in what you have to say.

I'll start, of course:
I watch a bit of Azumanga Daioh because it's so ridiculous it always makes me chuckle.

Generally I go out for a drive by myself to help clear my head. It helps for a while but one should really turn to others in bad situations, I just prefer to keep to myself in times of stress.

I always listen to music.

I usually end up listening to some fast paced electronica like Daft Punk or some sort of poppy metalish music.

One of my favorites to listen to while down is "Koi No Mega Lover" by Maximum the Hormone.

I just listen to some music or play my guitar; both do wonders towards making me feel better.

I can make myself laugh, I usually make something funny out of what stresses me. Sorts everything out.

Porn... just kidding! hehe...

I usually play video games and watch old movies. I might also play D&D 3.5. Version 4 would be one of the things that MAKES me sad.

You're probably going to hate this but I thought of the FFX laughing scene when I read your post.

Eh I usually turn to whatever video game I'm currently playing. It helps kind of distance myself from the situation, and usually once I'm done playing I realize how silly I was for being sad in the first place. :D

I usually math it up when I'm down. Or chat to a couple of close online friends about the problem. It's nice, because there's a level of distance and security in knowing that the world in which I sort it all out, and the world in which I face up to my problem are almost entirely seperate.
