I guess I'll put another one for Sword Art Online. While I'm aware of the problems people complain about, I can't bring myself to hate it. I find it to be an enjoyable show, and it does have some rather well done moments in it, and I guess for me those moments outshine all the annoyances others have.

Oh, and recently I've been watching Tokyo ESP. I... have no idea if this is even good or not, but I'm finding it crazy entertaining for how much ridiculous bullshit it's throwing at me.

For me, it's moe anime. As much as I enjoy highbrow anime like stories of fighting SERN with time travel or a show about space cowboys, sometimes I just want to enjoy some lowbrow show about what if world war two was fought by cute anime girls (if you're wondering which anime I'm referring to, the answer is both of them), or a show about alien cats who are fighting alien dogs over the right to be here, or some poor shmuck trapped in a school for monsters who happens to be the only human there. (I'm on the fence about weather or not a story about the devil working at not-McDonalds counts as moe or not given the cast).
I wouldn't call those sorts of anime bad, though. They're good in what they set out to do. A simple slice of life comedy can sometimes have more thought and effort put into it than something that's trying to tell an epic story. Some of my favorite anime are slice of life comedies, and I wouldn't call any of them bad or not very good. It's just a different form of entertainment.

My favourite movie - ever - is Vampire's Kiss.
I second this, although I don't know if I consider it "So bad it's good" seeing how it is a comedy, and as a comedy it's one of the funniest things I've seen. Not to mention it's has a rather unique premise, and I can't imagine it pulling it off in any other way.

Dead Like Me the TV program, I suppose I never got past what I thought was a good premise and two good first episodes.[footnote] Apparently one of the lead writers quit after 2 episodes so that's why the show seemed to go into a bit of a new direction[/footnote] It isn't particularly exciting or emotional if I recall correctly, I just remember a few pieces of dialogue and premises I found interesting. I hear it is considered a cult classic program, but I'm having problems finding this cult to actually discuss the show.
I really like that show too!
Death by toilet seat :)

I also enjoy Relic Hunter [http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0207919/], for all it's cheesy glory.
Has a late 90's day time TV feel to it which I find thoroughly enjoyable.

Megas XLR is still one of the best cartoons I've seen; no one else really seemed to like it when it was on T.V., and most people think it's stupid.
Yo' I once spent two weeks on holiday with friends and one spent our late night anime time fanboying over Megas on his own for the entire last week despite never even showing any interest in Megas before. It was bizarre.

"Fuck League, shit game i'm going back to Megas"

*fucks off to the other room with his laptop*

[sub][sub]Yes my holidays abroad are exciting. 10/10 two week LAN party[/sub][/sub]

And I found Megas to be pretty fun actually, it's stupid in the same way Gurren Lagann is. Very fun to watch as long as you don't think about how silly the physics/logic is.
Hell, I find the more you think about it, the more you realise how intelligent the writing has to be to support such stupid ideas.

It's a bit like Ninja Sex Party's earlier stuff or Lonely Island; it actually requires a lot of smarts to write dumb so eloquently.

I think it's the cartoon equivalent of Cabin in the Woods for 90's cartoons; a kinda "We love you, but holy damn were you stupid" letter.

Harem [anime] series, especially if it blatantly fails at drawing the line between just being super-ecchi or just being super-hentai...Cliche romance movies and/or "chick flicks", even though some of them are still pretty damn awesome to watch, anyway...Sonic 06... Yeah, you don't have to tell me...The High School Musical movie series... even though I like the second movie and that one Sharpay spin-off movie less than all the other movies...Recently, Cross Ange... but, it's still "too close to call", I guess?Sanjay and Craig... Chris Hardwick is a TALKING SNAKE! That's cooler than a talking cow!Z Nation... Not to spoil anything, I guess, but already two people I thought were going to make it to the season finale didn't make it after all... (Bummer...)The Legend of Zelda animated series... I have the DVD to prove it, too...My dick...

Now, I should be clear that I don't see these as so-called "guilty pleasures" in any way, shape, or form... But, I do know that there are times where they are obviously not that good to begin with... Then again, I just don't give a fuck, anyway...

I like Nickelback, even though they're terrible and bland and every song ever is the same.

But it's what I grew up listening to and I admit that nostalgia is powerful.

Oh, I could list a lot of things. In truth, who couldn't? Anyone who insists they only like 'good' things is either lying or suffering from internalized intellectual dishonesty.

That said, I think I'll list only one slightly recent example. Don't want to type up a long post.

Tron: Legacy

I'll be the first to point out the films many flaws. However, it's still one of my favorite films from the past decade.

The set and character designs were incredible, the directing and cinematography top notch, the action scenes exciting, and the soundtrack shockingly phenomenal. To put it simply, it was an amazing aural and visual treat.

But! The characters were mostly boring, much of the acting flat or awkward, and the writing and dialog were just abysmal. There were cool concepts throughout, but the overall story was just a slog.

Joseph Kosinski did a great job in the directors chair. It's just a shame Disney hired (and insisted on) two grotesquely bad writers to pen the script. (two writers more concerned with geeking out over their fan-obsession with Jeff Bridges than writing a good, cogent story)

Gonna go with the Found Footage Horror Genre.

I can't seem to get enough of it, even the really bad stuff to me has this effortless air of, I dunno... not plausibility... maybe agency? Immediacy?

It mirrors 'reality TV', which I despise, and Ghost Hunting Shows, which I also despise... and yet when it's a horror movie, about levitating things, or ghostly shapes, all caught on shaky go-pros or stationary camcorders, I suddenly get all... excited...

Lucidity. The gameplay is SOOOOO AAAWWWFFUUUUULLLL.

But I just can't help but get sucked in by that gorgeous soundtrack. Seriously, everyone, you need to play this game, if only for the music.

GamerGate threads.

...

I lied I don't like 'em.
Cute.

OT: I love me some fucking pop music. All flash, no substance. Most of it sucks hard, but sometimes the music just gets inside you and you're belting out Call Me Maybe all the way home...

Another guilty pleasure is being an upper-middle class white male living in North America. Even now during these transitional times, I don't face anywhere near the hardships my non-white and/or non-male co-workers, friends, and family face. If that makes me sound misogynistic or racist then I apologize. If it's any consolation I feel bad about enjoying it.
