Hacking.
I have no "hacking skills" but in games it's always represented by some weird puzzle and I'm good at puzzles. I just get the feeling that hacking in games is just about as realistic as the movie Hackers.
Or better yet Weird Science

Goddamn lockpicking. Can pick any lock in fallout3/NV and Skyrim.

I have no idea where to start in reality...

Well I'm quite good at Sonic games but I'm pretty sure I can't run at the speed of sound.
Come now Hazy, don't feel bad.

We all got places to go.

Just follow your rainbow.

OT: Performing rapid button pressing sequences is easy for me, save for Guitar Hero. I'm more referring to when a game asks me to press the buttons on a controller in a sequence. Think PaRappa_the_Rapper. I am really good at that.

In real life, I can only type on this keyboard with my two index fingers. I do it quickly, but most people type with all of their fingers. I cannot. Keyboarding class was a waste of time and money for me.

Well I was a pro at Mario Kart back on the SNES and I did went Go-Karting on a friend birthday. Needless to say I was god awful at it espeically when I'm not keen on Driving in real life. I only had 9 laps on the time limit we were given and only 2 of the laps I didn't crash at all...

In a game I will behead someone with a giant axe without a second thought.

In real life, I can't stand the sight of blood.

In Battlefield 2, I've flown an Su-34 through the intake tunnel of Kubra Dam on numerous occasions, though not in combat (for context, the Su-34 is a fighter-bomber and the diameter of the tunnel is probably less than 5 meters greater than the wingspan of the plane, and is at the bottom of a canyon so you have to execute a bit of a dive or a turn to get to it)

In IL-2 Sturmovik, a more realistic simulator, it took me about a dozen tries to take off without crashing, and 4 times that to land reliably. While my joystick is kind of inadequate for a simulator of this depth, this game taught me to be amazed at the courage of the early pioneers of aviation. It's made me a bit more nervous about learning to fly for real.

Surgery.
Stupid Trauma centre.
Oh, but it did help me find out I can dig a pretty good corpse hole though.

Making Money

In any RPG I always amass enough gold to buy the entire fantasy world twice over. Too bad IRL I'm still a student working as a slave waiter just to get by.

Senseless murder and firing a gun. Go figure.

And being able to climb tall buildings by latching onto the one inch ledge of a brick with my finger tips. Yeah it turns out in real life, that that is a bit of a toughie. And here Ezio makes it look so easy. Man must do finger work outs 24/7

Oh and of course talking to Aliens. I'm useless when it comes to that in real life.

Swordsmanship. And going into peoples house to break their pots and steal their money. I've tried it but it didn't work out that well.

Driving. It took me 7 tries to pass my driving test, but I have no problem nabbing the objective first in just about any vehicle based objective game or getting through an artillery range in a vehicle.

I'm a pretty good shot in games, but have terrible aim in real life. You'd think having good aim in games would improve that at least a little bit, but nope, it doesn't
Why would you think that at all? It's a completely different skill. Being able to spot targets would be easier, but actually handling a firearm? Completely different.

Is there anything you particularly excel at in video games that you are not very good at in real life outside games?
Don't be afraid to sound big headed, kinda necessary to boast for an answer here.

For me, its probably flying planes. I generally find flight to be very easy in games. almost all games with flight in them I pick up very fast and soon I am flying close to buildings/terrain at breakneck speed, with some little tricks thrown in for good measure. This particularly applies to planes in sandbox games like GTA or Just Cause 2 and the like, but I'm pretty good at flight simulators and other modes of flight like the jetpack in Dark Void or whatever.
However, I can only assume that flying a real plane would be way more difficult and I'd be rubbish at it.
Pretty much anything. Mostly agility based things. I'm not over wait but I certainly can't sprint for infinite amounts of time like most characters, or free run like etzio. Ironically though I'm better with a gun in real life than in most games.

Bayonet fencing.

I could actually learn how to do it in real life (got a friend that does it), but, ehh...
