Anyway, continuing the topic of animal sexualtiy, I'm pretty sure I've read that Seahorses have a penis up each nostril.
That sounds like a very practical feature.
What happens if they need to sneeze?
Well, then, they blow their noses.

(Hyna hyna hyna...)
That is so very wrong.

Nothing compared to Uluru (still Ayer's Rock to me). Seriously, we advertise it as the biggest rock in the world. You cannot shame us.

This thread is very interesting I will have to contribute...

Penguins test the water for predators(sealions and such) by crowding around the edge until a penguin falls in. then they watch to see if that penguin surfaces again.

Jupiter emits more energy than it receives.
No offense, but thats physically impossible.
Is it? surely it's total energy would just be getting lower and lower? Or am I missing something really obvious here?

I believe jamiemac is correct. If Jupiter were reflecting nearly all of the energy it recieved, as well as giving off energy from the planet itself, it could technically be considered as emitting more energy than it recieves.

The trouble is that glass doesn't just exist as an amorphous solid. It can be an amorphous liquid, too, and the glass transition phase isn't properly considered to be either of those. To further complicate matters, at least when it comes to "glass glass" the transition phase is not clearly defined and is dependent on physical factors outside the material in question.
any matter won't always be in one state, look at water it's both a solid and a liquid and goes thru that change a lot, i guess by your logic we can't classify water as a solid or a liquid

99% of everything is empty space.(Quantum Physics)

You would have to smoke between 20,000 and 40,000 joints to suffer toxic overload from Cannabis.(About 1,500 POUNDS in 15 minutes)

Rainbows are invisible from behind.

Vegatarian is derived from an ancient Native American word meaning "Lousy Hunter".

(One of the above may not be true)

actually only you can see the rainbow you are seeing, everyone else who sees the rainbow sees a different one even if it looks similar to the one you are seeing, it's not
