3. I chased down and killed Lu Bu the first time I ever met the guy.
4. Punched the quest giver in the face for making me do his laundry.

Portal 2, using a laser cube as a stepladder so i could portal the laser straight to the destination rather than faffing about with portaling the cube past the vaporisation field.

Corner trapping annoying people in CoD, getting a really high unarmed skill in Fallout 3 and beating the shit out of super mutant overlords, landing a helicopter on a moving train in GTAIV, and a lot more.
