I'm curious to ask.. why do you hate Half-Life? I know it's a bit overhyped, but it's not a horrible game.

I just don't have fun playing it. Played the demo of the first one on the PS2, wasn't impressed. Then when I got the Orange Box, gave the second one a try and it felt really bland for as much as people praise it.(plus the driving sections were annoying as shit). Then I tried what my friend did, play episode 2 and just not worry about trying to figure shit out, and still got bored after I lost the gnome (about 15 minutes in). Maybe I don't like it because I feel for all the hype, it should be as good as sex. But even if it didn't have the hype, I would probably not give it much attention.

I'm going to agree with whoever said "alcohol," and add any other form of getting trashed to that. Seems that's the only thing people around here can find to do, sadly, so they embrace it.
