Hey, that Faux news report wasn't to bad. They declared it better than terrorism.

OT: That really shitty 300 spoof (I can't recall the name) but it is the only film I have ever walked out on.
Are you referring to "meet the spartans"?

I have to agree on the Fox News reports. If I watched an hour of that program, I would give myself severe brain damage via intense facepalms.
the facts are is that if u watch Fox news for 2 hours your IQ goes down by 1

I've always finished movies, even terrible ones...but I have stopped watching a lot of shows just because of really stupid things. I've given up on anime at this point because of all the pandering panty shots and squeeing and stupid shit that really only ever shows up in anime.

Kinda liked that report...

OT: I have sat through many things. I have stared at the Encyclopedia Dramatica entry on kittens for an hour on a dare. I giggled at 2 girls 1 cup. I sit through anything.

The thing that beat me?

Mel Brooks, History of the World Part 1.

Couldn't get past the Inquisition song.

Most recently? Jesus Camp.

Generally, most Fox Noise crap. I can't even watch it when C0ct0pusPrime's lampooning it anymore.

Now let me don my asbestos suit...

Also My Little Pony Friendship Is Magic.

I actually liked the movie a lot more than most folks but when Scarlett started blubering to Ripcord in the G.I. JOE movie it was physically painful to watch and I had to leave the theatre for a few minutes and come back once the wave of revoltion had subsided.

For those who aren't familiar, Scarlett isn't one of the strongest female leads in the franchise, she's one of the strongest leads in the franchise period.

Well, I watched a Michael Bay film the whole way through last night, so I guess I can handle pretty much anything. Although it did have Scarlett Johansson in it, so there are mitigating circumstances.

This is what I was going to say, but yeah, I do plan on getting through it eventually, I think it's required viewing material that everyone must watch because even though it's disturbing as hell (and infuriating to boot) it's also incredibly fascinating.

On a more light-hearted subject, I can't watch let's-plays where the person doing it is totally inept. It's just incredibly frustrating to watch someone sit down for 20 minutes trying to figure out the simplest puzzles and platforming sections.

EDIT: YAY! 1066 post!

I think an image of 'THE STUPIDITY - IT BURNS!!' is appropriate here when we see things like this. Pretty much ANYTHING Fox news does makes my brain cells switch off - and if I don't turn it off my entire brain turns off until I pass out from the sheer stupidity.
This. Fox News is terrible. All of their noteworthy reports just makes them look like bigger fucknuts. Oh, and The Legend of Chun Li. Fuuuuuck. Ugh, I hate that movie so much.
I agree with both of you but then where do you go for news? The other cable networks aren't much better (MSNBC has so far passed all of my fact checking though.) and NPR these days has gone from Liberal source of choice to funhouse mirror image of FOX. I pretty much watch a lot of C-SPAN. It's problem? Apparently bias free true journalism is really, really boring.

That news report on the three teen girls who stripped an 11 year old in public and filmed it.
Really that made me sick. And i get aroused by blood.

A few episodes of How I met your Mother. The canadian jokes just wouldn't stop and eventually got to me, I had to take a break for a while.
If it makes you feel any better, the actor who plays Robin, the target of most of the Canadian jokes, is Canadian herself.

OT: 18 and onwards season Simpsons episodes. They're just soo painfully bad.

Twilight.

Not for the reason you might expect though; my friends and I were playing a drinking game to it. Every time there was a ridiculously emo/overdramatic/badly acted scene, we had to drink.

We had all passed out before it finished.

Any MTV reality show, really. Jersey shore is among the most tolerable ones. Have you watched Super Sweet 16? I can't watch more than five seconds of that before I throw myself at the remote screaming. It's become a game I play - switch over to MTV and count how long it takes before I start hating someone on screen. Unless it's a commercial break, I never get past ten seconds - never.

Twilight...seriously...fuck that movie. The Notebook, The Human Centipede (not because it was gross, because it was fucking retarded and boring), and Death Race (The Remake).

People here don't like Borat? Weird. I watched it and laughed so hard that when I watched "Monty Python and the Holy Grail" the day afterwards (for the first time), I actually didn't find it that funny by comparison. Then again, I suppose it is the ultimate cringe comedy film.

OT: That first Fox News report was pretty good, actually. "There are worse hobbies for young people, like... terrorism" was pretty funny, intentionally. That second one just... disturbed me. But as somebody who sat through and enjoyed Green Lantern recently, I think I'm impervious to badness. The last time I saw a movie I disliked was the 5th Harry Potter movie, and I stuck through it until the end... do I win?

My sister wanted me to watch the tv-series Leverage, but I just cant get past the fourth episode, they ruin a guys life and justifies it by saying, "he punched a priest".

I dunno maybe it gets better.
