Hello, my fine fellow Escapees. I rarely post on here, due to a fatal case of lurkitis, but I've been incredibly bored as of late and I thought of something that sounds like a faintly interesting topic idea.
So, today, I went to the doctor's office to see just how messed up my body is from illness, and one of the tests they performed on me was a blood test. Now, when I was younger, I was deathly afraid of needles, as was almost every other kid I knew, so I was expecting tremendous pain today. Fortunately, however, it was over in a flash. My first thought was "why didn't anyone tell me it wasn't that bad?" My second thought was "they probably did, so why didn't I listen?"
Anyways, to make an attempt to get back on topic, what's something you used to be scared of, but you now know is actually harmless?
