Everything that EA does. I think that about covers it.

If I need more words, slow down the frigging pacing a bit. One of the good things about Mass Effect 3 was that until the end it knew how to pace itself, when you just wanted to shop or talk to people. It wasn't constant explosions.

Stop cantering to the intial audiences! Shows like Avengers: Earth Mightiest Heroes, Young Justice and Green Lantern got cancelled because they had drawn in other audiences but kind of losing the target audiences which were the children. Despite the popularity, they cancell it in favoured of an more kid orianted shows like Ultimate Spiderman and Teen Titans GO.

They should of tried to canter both audience as in make a new shows for the kids while still carry on the other shows that the other audience liked seeing how it was popular with them.
I can't speak about the DC cartoons, but Spectacular Spider-Man was replaced due to legal issues and Avengers: EMH gave way to Avengers Assemble for a completely different crappy reason: to better tie in to the movie series. Which is, as I said, crap.

I wish developers/publishers would stop with what friends and me call "doing the Namco".
It goes like that:

- Release interesting game, but only in NA, EU or JP
- If gamers from other regions ask for a local release tell them "screw you NA/EU/JP-gamers" (whichever region did not get a local release)
- Wait for a year then leak that you "might" release the game in region NA/EU/JP
- Wait another 6 months, then finally announce the game. If you are going for bonus points you might even announce the port for a completely different console.
- Release the game another year later.
- Run in circles screaming "why won't anyone buy my 3 year old game"
