Microsoft:
-Stop putting ads all over a service we pay $60 for
-Come up with interesting and unique exclusive games(Sony and Nintendo Kill them at this)
-Stop hip-thrusting the Kinect

Sony:
-Stop Selling AAA games on PSN at the same price as retail. That misses the point of digital distribution
-Make the Vita worth a damn

Nintendo
-You are sitting on a ton of interesting IPs (Star Fox, Metroid, Ice Climbers, Mother etc) that deserve a current gen entry but you continue putting out bland 2D Mario games. Kid Icarus Uprising was a step in the right direction.

your suggestions?

All your suggestions plus.

Microsoft:
-Start getting fucking competitive with your services or you will become irrelevant.

Sony:
-Stop selling AAA games on PSN in Australia at higher than retail price, what the fuck is the purpose of that?
-Stop half assing the support of your products. Why make them if you don't want to sell them?
-Hire a good UI designer already
-Just start focusing solely on gaming. It is the most successful part of your business and the rest is dying

Nintendo:
-Give us another series of Metroid games that equal or better the Prime series.
-Start announcing first-party games for the Wii-U. I want a good reason to get one.

... more cowbell?

(I suppose Nintendo could stop flogging their dead mascots and start spinning new franchises rather than juicing on Mario a Link for the millionth time)

Microsoft:
- give us a reason to go gold(a la playstation plus)
- don't you dare change your game pad when the 720(or whatever) comes out. At the least, don't change it too much, it's damn near perfect.
- lower the add content for paid subscribers
Sony:
- ditch the xrossmediabar in the next iteration(ps4?), b/c that shit's for the birds
- coming from a Vita owner: games... We need games...
- keep up the good work with the cross buy thing(more please)
Nintendo:
- don't let anyone talk you into changing your methods in hardware creation(I guess that's the term). Every wiiu I've played on has had that classic Nintendo solidity. Basically, it feels like it could shrug off a damn earthquake.
- you've reached out to third party developers and publishers this time. Reach further. I was a Nintendo guy through n64. The next generation I got an Xbox and a GameCube, and played the Xbox more. This time(wii), I didn't bother. I went 360 and ps3. Wiiu could be the console to win old fans like me back, but I'd need to know that I'm going to get all the games I want(not Sony or Microsoft games obviously, but all the others)
- calm down with the whole change of input every generation thing. You guys are famous for a.) having the mascot of video games, b.) putting out an assortment of great series, and c.) having a solid reliable console(generally). If you're going all motion control, do it, but please leave the option for non-spastics like me to not have to jump around the living room. I play to cool off after work, not for more work.

Microsoft:

- For online play, either charge people for it, or make them watch ads. Don't fucking do both. There is no good reason why I should have to pay money for something if I have to have a bunch of ads on it, especially when all comparable services (PSN, Steam) do the same thing for free without ads.

- Be competitive in dealing with indie developers. It pretty much used to be that if an indie game got onto Xbox Live, they had a very good chance at success. That is nowhere near the case anymore. Because of this, there's no incentive for indie developers to try to get onto your service over another one (like Steam, or, especially, Humble Bundle). So why are you driving them away with high costs and insane amounts of bullshit?

- Give me a reason to want to buy your console. I think this one is pretty self-explanatory.

Sony:

- Package a charging cable with your controllers. I don't know when this practice of not having the necessary cables come with a device started, but I don't like it.

- Stop trying to just cram AAA PS3 games onto the Vita. When I'm playing a handheld, I'm looking for a different type of game than when I'm playing on a console or pc. When most of the big Vita titles are basically smaller, crappier PS3 games, I lose all interest. Instead, offer me games that wouldn't benefit from being played on a console, that wouldn't work well on a smart phone, and can be played in short bursts or very long sessions (Pokemon is a very good example of this). Also, stop forcing gimmicks down our throats. We get it, the Vita has a bunch of fancy things, now stop showing off and just make me a good game that controls well, dammit!

Nintendo:

- New hardcore IPs. You have a ton of talented designers. Give them a chance to do whatever kind of game they want without the constraints of past IPs or trying to bring in a casual market. You have tons of fans that are just begging for this kind of thing, so give it to them.

- If you're going to make more 2D Mario games, then make them more original. There's no reason that a 2D Mario game can't be just as unique and genre-expanding as Super Mario Galaxy. The nostalgia trip gimmick has gotten more than a little stale.

- Don't be afraid to dust off some of your old IPs. You have some great new IPs that are just begging for a new game. Thanks to Super Smash Brothers, you've already got a ton of brand recognition for a lot of those IPs, even if most people have never played them, so they have a good chance of being successful. If you're not going to make a new IP, you could at least do this.

- Put an actual damn hard drive into the WiiU. Downloadable games are going to be huge this coming generation, and by not having a lot of storage space, you're seriously gimping yourself in this regard. The ability to use a regular USB external hard drive helps, but is not enough for most people.

- Stop it with the fucking Miis. I got sick of them years ago. Frankly, I will be much more likely to get a WiiU if I never, ever have to look at a goddamn Mii while using it.

Man, I got a lot of stuff out of my system. This is very good.
