That might just be because pick-up lines in general rarely work.
"I've got a rice cooker; how about we turn it on and find something to do for roughly half an hour."
My collection of PS2 games is coming along nicely, and I am a self taught DJ who is getting relatively better at the genre I like. I'm always learning new tricks, although I usually can't implement them. Sadly, I have over twenty songs posted and most people don't care.
I'm not exactly sure if I personally know many people that would be interested in the fact that I write for a video game website that's got cool people in it and we talk about video games.
But, since I'm bragging now!

And I now have to brag about one of my guys here making some of the coolest videos known to man! Seriously, you should follow this guy, he's amazing!

There was only one person I met that thought that me writing for a website was pretty much the coolest thing ever. Well, knowing that she thought it was cool is the coolest thing ever for me!
I can solo Advanced mode No Mercy in Left 4 Dead 1 & 2. And I mean completely solo, having killed of the 3 NPCs at the start of each level.
I'm a living encyclopedia of Warhammer 40,000 lore.
Never broken a bone in my body, despite my constant encounters with almost certain death.
One cured myself of a kidney infection by drinking about 11 gallons of cranberry juice in a month.
Made a snowball the size of a VW bug at 3am and put it right in the way of my university's primary pedestrian area, which meant they had to reroute everyonefor a couple days while it melted.
which engine? what language? that kind of code would be very useful to me.
also that seems impressive to me since I've never been able to so much as get something to respond to being clicked on (in a 3D environment when referring to 3D objects, I'm fine with 2D GUIs)
Ogre, in Game Maker - you know, the thing on Steam right now.
As for clicking on objects, you have two options: One is to use standard collision detection (most engines have some form of ray-mesh collision detection built in) to detect when a ray from the camera's X/Y/Z through the mouse cursor's X/Y/Z intersects an object. The other is to raycast against the terrain, determine the 2d location of the intersection, and see how close that point is to the object you're trying to click on. Of the two, the first is more precise, but the second is more efficient.

According to girls that I've traveled with to anime conventions, I can do crossplay really well. (The same as cosplay but dressing up as the opposite gender). My guess is that it's because of my short and small build. And I also have a slightly effeminate face.
Probably the general animes I've been watching but it not like anyone I know are into anime (my bro is behind watching them so I can't spoil it for them). When I mean anyone, I mean people I know in person but in saying so I'm not in some anime forum or group but I rather talked about it in person then to type it out in some dicsussion.
I have met the writer of Penny Arcade, Brentalfloss, the writer for Extra Credits, and multiple people from Loading Ready Run, and got most of them to sign my hoody.
I have a big collection of NERF guns.
I made a coffee table that is pretty awesome.
I caught a Shiny Ho-Oh in Soul Silver.

The picture he's pointing to is a doodle he did of me, Mr. Boyfriend, and the boyfriend's two friends.
(I feel bad because I don't know the other guy's name)
Not pictured are Chris Prestly and Jessica Merizan because I don't have a decent picture of them.
Look at me, I'm name dropping like there's no tomorrow! You know I must be hella important!

Yeah, it's mostly a trick based genre called Screwed and Chopped. Basically adding in tricks and chops to make the song sound better while slowed down. Here are two of my latest:

I'll just say my life would be a lot easier if chicks were impressed by how good someone is at video games.
Unfortunately the opposite is the case, so I have to live a life of lies. By day I'm the guy who sucks at video games because he almost never plays them (I mean seriously, fuck that nerd shit) and by night I'm a gaming God.
Fuck gay pride marches, we need gaming pride marches.
I should feel pretty grateful that my wife is a total nerd, because I was awarded like a boss when she saw a 1 continue defeating of Ikaruga. Treasure did that one but Cave quickly became one of my favorite developers after that : )
OT: Before I had to leave college I programmed a text-based basketball game. Not ASCII, but with "pass" and "shoot" commands. Passing increased the odds that your shoot would make a basket but also increased the odds that your pass would be stolen. Many classmates played that for too long, I felt cool at the time.
Also, making this thread might mean that you do care, so thanks for hearing it!
