I also have the Tron Legacy soundtrack on vinyl. But the thing that I am most proud of is the original pressed vinyl of Dark Side of the Moon that I own.
HIPSTER!!!! HIPSTER I SAY!!!!

OT: I'm proud to be collecting all of the Best Picture winners. So far I'm down to year 2004 (going from most recent to least recent). I'm making it my personal goal to see every Best Picture winner. Also, I'm in the process of making a Vault Boy poster-ish thing to hang over my bed. It'll be like this:

but the yellow will be black and I'm thinking of making the red into blue. So, future pride is in store for me.

1928 copy of Weird Tales magazine, in which 'The Call of Cthulhu', by H.P.Lovecraft, was first published. I don't even keep it home; it is in my bank's vault system.
That is so badass, how much is that worth in a dollar amount? Obviously, it's worth so much more.
Frankly, I wouldn't know in today's market. I got into buying some selected pieces of Horror in the early 90's, and I happened to purchase that from a person in Canada who was selling her grandfather's book collection.

If memory serves me well, I purchased a selection which included that Weird Tales, and some other lesser titles (some Fritz Leiber, some Robert Bloch) for about 500 Canadians.

I never made a money wire so fast in my entire life.

It was in a very good condition, and the best thing is that Lovecraft's story didn't even make it into the cover of the magazine. Instead, we have a lousy story about a ghostly table. Go figure.

How is it to shoot? Most lasers([sub].22s[/sub]) I've used jam way too often.
I just got it yesterday, actually. And Central Texas is surprisingly sparse on Ranges (Closest one that's not just a big open space of land where I'd be lucky not to be shot by some idiot is about 60 miles away).

Probably wont get a chance until next 'weekend' (My weekends are Wednesday thru Friday/Saturday). And its bugging the hell out of me. Haven't shot anything for about 8 months and I'm getting itchy.
I'm having a similar problem just in California(only pistol ranges near me). Been maybe 6 months since I fired a pistol, over 2 years since I've been able to shoot my shotguns and I've never shot my SU-16CA.[/quote]

Crap. That kind of thing would eat me up. Especially having to stare at a rifle for years without pulling the trigger.

I wish I still lived in Pennsylvania. Don't need ranges up there, you just wander into the woods out back and put some holes in things.

What's worse is that the pistol range closest to me used to allow shotguns until they changed their backstop to some rubber looking stuff. I manage to keep myself somewhat cool with it by frequently taking my guns apart over and over again. When I finally get some range time I'm going to have to go nuts.

Oh, let's see. I have a lot of odd things.

But the one you guys would probably get the biggest kick out of is this-
I have a tiny, white, PS2 that only plays Japanese games.

My latest acquisition was a lovely little scalpel that is engraved '1918' and the makers name. [It has some amazing energy attached to it.]
I'm also a lover of old and obscure books as well.

Geeky wise- Life sized Pokeball that opens and closes
Adult wise- My 1999, red Ford Exploer (sure it is pretty broken down but it has gone through 5 crashes, one of them was mine, and is still running)
Bragging wise- 56" flat screen, HD T.V.

I have a pretty extensive firearm collection. Many of them are primarily for looks, such as my grandfather's old K98K rifle. Others are used for varmint control/hunting/self defense should the need arise. Nearly all of them function perfectly.

I built this with my Pops when I was young, I still have it intact too.
Jealous, I only ever got an Imperial Shuttle and I kept it together for a very short time, I think I had an X-Wing and some Phantom Menace sets too. I lost everything, I was never good with keeping track of my toys...

Also an old (pre-1992) mad of the world. This means it's still got the USSR on it.
