Really can't think of a time I did.

I mean I haven't even made my own thread on the escapist and I've been here ages.

It was more for the strange looks rather than attention but at Tafe (college for Americans) there was a fire drill but of course no one know it was a drill until they got outside. So I casually strolled down the halls spinning and flicking my Zippo open and closed (I don't smoke I just like having a lighter as a precaution, you never know when it might come in handy). I got the looks I wanted.

But IRL, nothing. I keep quiet.
So quiet I may be behind you. That creepy shadow? It may be me. Turn around and look...
So thats what was breathing down my neck....

Nope. If I get attention, I want it to be for who I am, not for some stupid shit I just did.

Dressed up as Little red Riding hood with army boots and a purse for carnival but then decided to go club-hopping. On a side note: drunk men are more gay then they think.

I wear a russian hat all the time, it leaves an immediate impression. And gets me lots of attention.

I don't do much attention seeking. That's kinda my brother's job in the family what with his parkour and ninja stuff. I'm just happy to sit back and watch attention seekers make asses of themselves. I guess my worst offense for attention seeking was stealing the dance floor from a local semi-professional dancer at my Prom and keeping it for 4 songs before he took it back. That was fun and it was definitely worth the ridicule.

It's almost subconscious the way I do it, I just can't hold myself. If what I'm thinking is funny (to me, at least), no matter how cruel or stupid or degrading it might be. Not too long ago there was a conversation, and there were loads of people, it went somewhat like this. Two guys asked if they could stay over at a girl's place, and she answered she can't have them 'cause her mom's sick and she'd be getting treatment that day, at which point somebody asked if it was cancer(and cancer in my language is the same word as lobster), and I said "No, crab" with a face as serious as it gets. I felt so shitty afterwards because the laughter took more than 20 seconds to settle down. Cancer jokes rule.
Hehehe, that sounds like it was pretty funny. I laughed reading about it but I'm sure it was better being there. Still you must've felt like a real asshole after that, especially if you know the girl. I know I would've.
