It's been announced but the systems it will come out for hasn't even been confirmed yet. So they're (presumably) working on it but they aren't very far into it.
I just hope they don't do a Duke Nukem Forever and turn a once awesome series into a disappointing mess, I want a 4 more than any game to come out
I think people are actually making jokes saying that TS4 is the next Duke Nukem Forever. I just really pray it doesn't turn out that way.
the difference is ts4 hasnt gone throught various stages of being made, up until recently they didn't even say they were doing anything
Well, Free Radical were about to practically release the game had it not been for going bust and all :/
After seeing how horribly Haze performed, bug infested, lame storyline, mediocre graphics etc, it didn't exactly spark a glimmer of hope in my heart for TS4, which only worsened when it looked like they would never be seen again, but my hope rose once again when I heard they were bought, not only just bought but bought by Crytek, the company known for graphical prowess and making machines cry both in agony and in delight at finally having something to make use of all their power.
But what does that mean, does that mean TS4 will take a more serious tone with a hint of the humour we once knew so that it can have amazing graphics, or will it maintain those cartoony graphics we loved but change the controls to the modern standard, keep the witty dialect and the silly missions and the massive array of weapons, characters, modes, levels, level transitions (depending on what difficulty you are playing on) and of course Co-op, not just online but offline too. TS without Co-op is not TS :/
