Heh, funny. I mostly have the opposite problem, getting caught off guard when people start talking about the big new release that I thought was coming out five or six months from now.
Dragon Age: Inquisition is one that I'm surprised isn't out. I swear we've been hearing news about it for two times the usual period between announcement and release. Not that that's bad, by any means, hopefully BioWare will have time to work their magic and make it good this time.
Day Z standalone. Hasn't that thing been in alpha for about a century now? I refuse to buy an incomplete game, but I've been interested in that one for quite a while.
Also, a completely original one that no one's ever mentioned, ever and no one's ever bitched about how long it's taking: Half Life 2: Episode 3. Holy Mackerels, Valve, wasn't that meant to be out in 2007? That's 7 years ago. That's about 49 years in dog years.
