Ironically just before I was going to post, one of my best friends just told me her fiancé just split up with her and started seeing someone else. Dreadful.

Doctor Who's Season 4 finale, Journey's End is horribly sad. It's the only thing on TV which actually made me cry.
I've not got around to series 4 yet (actually, haven't got around to series 3 yet either, even though the DVD boxset is sitting on the shelf right in my line of sight as I sit at the computer every day) but the last two episodes of series 2 were horribly traumatic. I seriously can't bring myself to watch them again.
Season's 4 Finale was like 10 times more depressing than Season 2. And that ending was depressing enough. Deffinitely worth the watch though.

I've spent nearly $1000 on action figures in the past month. My girlfriend likes it though. She isn't fat, or ugly. That's not depressing at all!

My favorite book is vastly unknown by most people i talk to. House of Leaves.

(Sorry for bugging in at the end of this quote-chain)
Seriously? 'cause the Season 2 Finale was just awful. I get teary just thinking about it.
I think it was Eccleston's smile that really did it. And the though of not seeing it again. I seriously had to smile everytime he smiled and said "Fantastic". So the last words the Ninth Doctor say really hit me.

Oh, and there are more Doctor Who episodes who are seriously depressing. Like Human Nature and Family of Blood. I love Doctor Who because of these episodes. They show that you can have good drama in TV-series, real feelings, instead of the usual over-the-top soap-opera drama-rama bullcrap. Now I want to watch Doctor Who, but I cannot, and that makes me sad as well :(

Well I thought it deffinitely was a lot sadder. I've seen it 3 times and I've actually shed tears every time. Although you'd have to watch the Christmas episode with Catherine Tate and the rest of Season 4 to truly appreciate it in all its sadness.

But speaking of other episodes, I never really liked the Family of Blood episodes. They were actually the only 2 episodes I turned off and I just don't know why.. But another episode I can think of that's sad is the Season 4's "Turn Left" That was also pretty damn horiffic.

And I'm the same, episodes like these really make me love Doctor Who that much more. It's the idea of the Doctor having all these wonderful and unique chances to do anything, but when he doesn't have a companion he's alone and is most of the time. It's just a pretty awesome show.

Really have to start watching season 4 then!

I can understand that. They are pretty different from all the other episodes. Probably because The Doctor isn't The Doctor...

For me, I only just watched Kiwi! [http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sdUUx5FdySs&feature=related]. I can't watch that without crying now.
That's weird, I watched that the other day. It is sad indeed.

the only time in six years I've been on the verge of tears was when I watched Rebel Without a Cause. Poor Plato...

I heard that a man was stabbed by random teenagers near my home the other night. For no reason. Not money, not nothing.

I think I'll get in trouble for saying what I'd like to do to those bastards....

If they didn't do it for nothing, what did they do it for? Sadistic pleasure? Self Defense? Peer pressure? They were on an acid trip and they thought he was some kind of hideous lobster-like creature?

EDIT: Being John Malkovich had a very sad ending...
