Every single bossfight intro sequence in Dark Souls.

Literally the first thing that comes to mind is one of the following.

"Oh dear."

"This is going to suck so much.."

"....Shit."
Heh, exactly what I was gonna say: whenever a boss 18x the size of you lands in the woefully tight space you have to fight them, you know you're pretty much stuffed.

Max Payne 3 when the entire freakin' force is after you on the airport. That just...wasn't very nice.

Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance had a good number of those kinds of moments, but for me, this one took the cake.

The boss fight itself wasn't really all the difficult compared to the one immediately following it, but damn if seeing that huge thing explode out of the ground didn't get some adrenaline pumping the first time I saw it.

The Meat Circus....

...

Oh God, the meat circus...
Yeah, say hello to the reason I never finished that game.

My "This is gonna suck moment" is not as egregious as many of those mentioned here but it happens so damn often that I feel it's worth a mention. Basically it's the moment where the match starts in pretty much any fighting games online mode and the intros are lagging (a strong indicator that the match will also be laggy). I know at that point that I'm likely in for 2-3 minutes of pure unadulterated frustration. This wouldn't be so bad if many of the games I like had invested in netcode that was superior to two tin cans and some twine.

End of Opoona, barely beat the first boss and had exhausted all my supplies before hand. then I had to fight his lover and she was way stronger than he was and killed me party in 3 turns, surprisingly I had a much easier time the second time I fought her.

I can't help laughing at that video. Honestly, that guy in the suit looks so much like Frank West from Dead Rising I can't stop laughing.

My biggest sphincter-tightener this far has been getting to the bottom of Monad in Persona 3 FES. Sad version of Maya's theme playing and Elizabeth's just chilling, all but cracking her knuckles, ready to throw down. Needless to say I went down hard. I didn't know about her rules, so it was 9999 Megidolaon! for me.

The battle with Matriarch Benezia from mass effect 1. The battle alone almost me gave up on the whole series. I was playing this on hard mode as my male Shep, and dear goodness, The biotics powers from Benezia, and her asari commandos was so overpoweringly broken.God, I turned the difficulty down to normal just so I can continue to play the game's story.

Playing Dark Souls through for the first time and reaching O&S - after whittling away both of their health to minimal and losing Solaire in the process, seeing the health of Smough being restored and giving him that shitty lightning charge...Yup, I realised then that I was in for a hard time. Generally, Dark Souls as a whole, really...God there were some horrific parts in that game.

Also worth mentioning...the Anor Londo Archers. Dear lord. That was the first time I lost a significant amount of souls in one go. A measly 70k. That was also a pretty sucky few runs.
