Speaking of germs being everywhere, I think the worst phobia would be germophobia(sp?). Although I always wash my hands, I do understand their argument against public restroom sinks (its the first one, soap).

I don't mean they have to chemically disinfect and sterilize their hands until there isn't a single germ left. It's not that time consuming to get some soap and wash your hands.
