This shit is really easy to find. All you have to do is type 'EDL Nazi salute' into Google and you get loads of pictures and videos like this.

So then what makes them different from the BNP? Also do you have any proof that they hate non-extremist and do Nazi solutes? I've never heard of the EDL but I thought you guys(English people) were less than fond of Nazi Germany, no?

The EDL were born when the Islam4UK extremist group protested the return from Iraq parade a few years ago, and spat on the soldiers. In that instance a load of skin-head British 'patriots' started a bit of fuss, and even though the muslims heiniously insulted the UK military, it was them that the police subsequently protected and the skin-heads were arrested.

The EDL started as an oppossition group to Islam4UK... unfortunately their target audience and most of their members are just plain racists anyway.

The BNP on the other hand are a political party with right wing views... not a political movement... you can't vote for the EDL in elections, but you can vote for BNP and the NF...

My response "Of course the holocaust happened. The German work ethic CANNOT be denied" and something about how the jews ruling the world would never purposely make it appear their regime was ever threatened.

Saying that, I think this country has come a long way in terms of racism in society. It's still there in small pockets, but generally its vilified. You look at countries like France, Spain and Italy and it's still a larger problem there, and with discrimination in general. I think it says a lot that people have now started making fun of the race card here.

Well, I don't think I can top most, if any of the posts in here, however my friend works in a major supermarket in an "urban" area(which shall remain unnamed). On the first day of the month is usually when people get their welfare/food stamps. This supermarket puts large bins of watermelon lining the walls near the entrance, and they are constantly in need of being restocked. This store also does anywhere from 25-50% more business on the first few days of the month.
