I don't even consider the Oscars a real award ceremony anymore. It's been that way for a while.
Sandra Bullock, case and point.

Why does everyone hate her? (not just for the blind side but everything else?)

Frankly, I don't know. She's not the best actress in the world, but who cares? She sells tickets to movies that would otherwise flop and I personally have wanted to do the horizontal mambo with her ever since I saw Demolition Man way back when. And who gives two shits about Meryl Streep? She's a snobby *****. Would Meryl Streep show up to accept a razzie? No.

But then again it's the oscars and only Hollyweird trash really give a shit about the oscars. As a side note, Ben Stiller as Avatar guy was fucking hilarious. That's probably someone else people would ***** and moan about if he won an oscar.
